God’s Wrath is Just

“ACCORDING to their deeds (the transgressors’ iniquities), accordingly He (God) will repay, fury to His adversaries, recompense to His enemies….” (Isa 59:18).

In this article I want to deal more fully on God's WRATH & ANGER. “Anger,” as a verb, occurs in Psalm 106:32, “They ANGERED Him also at the waters of strife,” and in Romans 10:19: “...and by a foolish nation I will ANGER you.” We find “anger” twice in the Apocrypha: “And he that ANGERED (RV = ‘PROVOKETH’) his mother is cursed of God” (Sir 3:16), and “...he ANGERETH him that punisheth him...” (19:21), to which the RV adds, in Wisdom 5:22, “The water of the sea shall be ANGERED (AV = ‘RAGE’) against them.” All other places we find “ANGER” as a noun.



The “ANGER” (“WRATH”) of God

IS ANTHROPOPATHICALLY DESCRIBED in the O.T. “by terms derived from the physical manifestations of human anger”; in the N.T., the terms “anger” or “wrath” may be defined generally as “an energy of the Divine Nature called forth by the presence of PRESUMPTUOUS TRANSGRESSION, and expressing the reaction of the Divine Holiness against it in the PUNISHMENT or DESTRUCTION OF THE TRANSGRESSOR(S). It is the ‘zeal’ (Heb. ‘qaná’) of God for the MAINTENANCE OF THE LORD’S HOLINESS AND HONOR, and of THE ENDS OF HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS AND LOVE, when they are threatened by THE INGRATITUDE, REBELLION, PRIDE, AND WILLFUL DISOBEDIENCE OR TEMERITY of the creature.” The attitude of INGRATITUDE angers God, yet no one even considers this.

So, in this light, it appears both in the O.T. (passim) and in the N.T. (Matt 3:7; Jn 3:36; Rom 1:18; Eph 5:6; Rev 19:15; et al.; study these). Not only this, but “it is uniformly represented as something very TERRIBLE in its effects.” I personally have seen people DIE under the wrath/anger of God. I’ve seen others receive terrible punishments that were not lethal, but very terrible.



“Anger Kindled”!

“AND THE ANGER of the LORD was KINDLED against Moses...” (Ex 4:14). His anger was “kindled” here by the sin of His very own servant. (See also Num 11:1-10; Deut 29:27; 2 Sam 6:7; Isa 5:25; etc.) God’s anger was “kindled” by the SINS and provocations of men, and was “poured out” on them (see Psa 79:6; Isa 42:25; Jer 44:6; et al.); its “fierceness” is dwelt upon by psalmists and prophets (Psa 78:49; 88:16; Isa 13:9; Jer 25:37-38; et al.); and it burns down to the lowest Sheol (Deut 32:22). Each of these Scriptures cited ought to be studied carefully. God is JUST in His dealings.

Similarly, the N.T. represents God as “a consuming fire” (Heb 12:29; Matt 3:12; 13:42; 2 Thess 1:8 and 2:8). But at the same time, this “anger” is not pictured, as in pagan religions, “as the mere outburst of capricious passion, but always appears in union with the idea of Divine Holiness (that principle, as scholars point out, ‘which guards the eternal distinction between Creator God and creature human, in the union effected between them, and preserves the Divine Dignity and Majesty from being infringed on,’ and which, on its positive side, is in God THE INFLEXIBLE DETERMINATION TO UPHOLD—AT ALL COSTS—THE INTERESTS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AND TRUTH).” And I might add, “AND THE MAINTENANCE OF THE MORAL ORDER IN THE WORLD”—which is certainly OUT of ORDER currently! Specifically, in the O.T., it was “the upholding of the covenant relation with Israel,” which manifested its close alliance with RIGHTEOUSNESS and LOVE (read Num 32:14-15; 2 Kgs 17:13-18, Ezek 23; Amos 3:2; Psa 7:11; et al.; all these need to be studied). The “ANGER” of God is also expressed this way in the N.T. with spiritual Israel.



God Angry Every Day?

YES! IF WE believe Psalm 7:11 — “God judgeth the righteous, and God is ANGRY WITH THE WICKED EVERY DAY.” Why? Because of what was written above: GOD PROTECTS HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS!

Let it be said, WOE to those who plot and do evil; God is the God who EXECUTES PUNISHMENT every day somewhere. Verse 6 of Psalm 7 states, “Arise, O LORD, in thine ANGER, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded” (KJV); “Awake, O my God; thou hast appointed a judgment” (RSV).

Two things stand out clear here: (1) God means to judge, and the men/nations of today NEED to be REMINDED of this FACT; and (2) It is a reasonable prayer to pray that God may make judgment a vivid and somber reality HERE and NOW! It is foolish to pray for the “good ol’ days” to return when HE IS POURING OUT HIS JUDGMENTS TO GET MEN AND NATIONS TO REPENT!!



Ethical Anger

“ANGER” IN GOD has always an “ethical connotation,” and manifests itself “in subserviency to the ends of RIGHTEOUSNESS and MERCY,” by which also its measure or limit is prescribed (see Jer 10:24). In its out-workings in providence, “anger” uses as its instruments “the agencies of nature, as well as the passions and ambitious designs of men and nations,” which I’ve already written about.

When Jesus prophesied the destruction of Jerusalem/Judah (see Matt 24), He knew that the Romans would be the “perfect weapon,” for they had a repulsion of Israel and the Jews; therefore, when God called the Roman armies to punish Judah/Jerusalem, they had NO PITY! This is a historical fact.

God called the Assyrians the “rod of Mine (GOD’S) anger” (Isa 10:5; the notoriously wicked, ruthless Assyrians were used as JUDGMENT against Israel’s 10 Northern Tribes). Both the Assyrians and Babylonians were civil forces “sent to afflict the disobedient Jews with the calamities (Heb. “ra”) of war, famine, pestilence, and with mental torments to boot (look up Deut 28:15-68; Amos 4:6-12 also).



Weakened Down?

THAT IS WHAT our liberal bleeding hearts do: THEY TRY TO WEAKEN OR EXPLAIN AWAY GOD'S JUSTIFIED ANGER/WRATH (e.g., Origen, Augustine and Turretin were theologians who did this). Liberal theologians water down and compromise God's Truth “into a mere anthropomorphism; or generalize Biblical expressions for the LORD’S HATRED and AVERSION TO SIN and His DETERMINATION TO PUNISH IT (AND THE SINNERS).

We who know the LORD/Lord regard God's aversion to sin as very real, and He has every right to punish, even take life in order to awaken fear in the minds of sinful (and phony!!) men (even so-called “believers”!!).

I can’t fathom a world left to itself without God's judgments. I guess it would be HELL ON EARTH for sure! Is this what you “Don’t judge me, just love me” folks want? (See Psa 2:11-12; Heb 10:31).



O.T. God — N.T. God

SOME MISINFORMED SOULS believe that the “O.T. God” has grown old, tired, feeble, and compromising in His old age; therefore, He ALLOWS sin to reign unchecked in the N.T. HA! Wishful thinking.

N.T. theologians/scholars/preachers/teachers of the liberal mindset believe (or HOPE!) that they are right and I am wrong. Since they can’t avoid the WRATH/ANGER passages in the N.T., they merely place them into the “eschatological file”—the future. They see the “Day of the Lord” (Rom 2:5 and Rev 6:17) as future—at the end of the world. Well, what if this is the END of the WORLD?!

There is a BIG FAT problem with their exegesis (really, their eisegesis): What do we do with the Divine WRATH/ANGER that has manifested continuously throughout history in the punishment of those men/nations whose EVILDOINGS called it forth? (See Psalm 7:11.) Somebody is dreaming...AND IT IS NOT ME!

It should be understood that the later representations in Scripture are every whit as “strongly conceived” and inspired as those of an earlier date. Of course, this has been debated.

The late Rev. James Orr, M.A., D.D., professor of Church History at the United Presbyterian Hall, Edinburgh, refuted the idea of another historian (H. Schultz), who spoke of “the impression of [a certain] terrible [pagan] god” in the earlier ages. Orr said, “the ancient Hebrews, too, tremble before a mysterious wrath of God” (O.T. Theology, ii., p. 175, Eng. tr.). Orr cites these early Scriptures, showing that the Hebrews have always feared God: Lev. 10:6; Num. 1:53; 18:5; Ex. 12:12; 30:12; Num. 8:19 — all from the Pentateuch, the first 5 books of the Bible).



What About the First Book — Genesis?

REMARKABLY, GENESIS HAS no “specific” mention of the “wrath” of God. But the equivalent is there in repeated manifestations of the LORD God's judgment on SIN. For example: the expulsion from Eden, cursing of the ground, the flaming sword, the universal Flood, the utter DEVASTATION AND DESTRUCTION of Sodom and Gomorrah and all their inhabitants, etc.

For sure, there is just no way one can miss the connection between Divine Holiness and Divine WRATH. God smites some for “slight” faults as well as large ones (see 1 Sam 4:19-20; 2 Sam 2:7). Second Samuel 2:7 speaks of King Saul being dead—smitten by God through suicide (1 Sam 31:4). This was completely the result of Saul’s disobedience.



WRATH — Not Altered in the N.T.

I WILL REPEAT, we find that the notions of God's WRATH are not altered in the N.T., though the revelation of “love” and “grace” which now fill the pages place it in the “background”—but it is still there!

Scholars point out that the Marcionite view, which would represent the contrast between the God of the O.T. and the God of the N.T., as that between a “wrathful avenging” Deity and a “loving Father” who is “incapable” of anger/wrath, is, at face value, TOTALLY INCORRECT. I agree!

And I must say, “the pitying, Fatherly character of the Almighty God is NOT absent from the O.T.” I’ve already proven this (see Ex 34:6-7 and Psa 103:13 for starters). Even in the O.T., love is rather the primary basis of God’s self-revelation, to which the manifestations of WRATH-ANGER-JUDGMENT are subordinate. God is “love” in both Testaments; He warns, pleads and corrects before He punishes. Even after punishment—in both Testaments—He forgives and loves again. He is not the “bully God” as many believe. He is the loving, Holy God of principle.



Slow to Anger

BECAUSE OF HIS love, He is slow to anger, as Psalm 103:8-17 shows us.

Originally, “orge” (Gk. noun for “anger”) meant “any natural impulse, or desire, or disposition, as the strongest of all passions.” It is used of the “wrath” of man (Eph 4:31; Col 3:8; 1 Tim 2:8; Jam 1:19-20), the displeasure of human governments (Rom 13:4-5), the sufferings of the Jews at the hands of the Gentiles (Lk 21:23), the terrors of the Law (Rom 4:15), the anger of the Lord Jesus (Mk 3:5), God's anger with His people (Heb 3:11; 4:3), God’s present anger with the Jews nationally (Rom 9:22; 1 Thess 2:16), His present anger with those who are disobedient (Jn 3:36), His purposes in judgment (Matt 3:7; Lk 3:7; Rom 1:18; 2:5, 8; 3:5; 5:9; 12:19; Eph 2:3; 5:6; Col 3:6; 1 Thess 1:10 and 5:9 — see also “indignation,” “vengeance,” and “wrath”).



“Thumos” (Gk. “Wrath”)

“THUMOS,” TRANSLATED “WRATH” (not “anger”) is to be distinguished from “orge” in this respect: that “thumos” indicates “a more agitated condition of the feelings, an outburst of ‘wrath’ from inward indignation, whereas ‘orge’ suggests a more settled or abiding state of mind, frequently with a view to taking ‘revenge.’” We can discern this in Scripture.



“Parorgismos” (Gk.)

“PARORGISMOS,” found in Ephesians 4:26 (R.V. margin), is a strengthened form of “orge.” It points especially to that which provokes the “wrath.” Westcott explains that “the first keenness of the sense of provocation must not be cherished though righteous resentment may remain.” It is also pointed out that the verb, “orgizo,” (in Eph 4:26 — “Be ye ANGRY, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath”) implies a just occasion for the feeling (see the Septuagint Psa 4:4, where the Hebrew word it replaces signifies “to quiver with strong emotion”).

“Thumos” and “orge” are coupled in Revelation 16:19—“fierceness of the wrath”—and also in 19:15—“the fierceness of the wrath of Almighty God” (see also “wrath”).



“Aganaktesis”

THIS GREEK WORD originally signified “physical pain or indignation, hence, vexation,” and is used in 2 Corinthians 7:11 as “indignation.”

We here hear God using “WRATH, FURY, INDIGNATION” quite often. Before I turn to “FURY,” I must say, one ought to study-out the verbs “orgizo,” “parorgizo,” “cholao,” “thumomacheo,” and the adjective “orgilos” (as in Titus 1:17).



“FURY” (Heb. “chemah” = “heat”; “charon” = “burning”)

“FURY” EXPRESSES INTENSE anger; it is attributed to God metaphorically, or by speaking after the manner of men (see Lev 26:28; Job 20:23; Isa 63:3; et al.). It is “the spontaneous reaction of the Divine Holiness AGAINST SIN treasured-up and RIPE for JUDGMENT.” God uses this word often in relation to His displeasure with sin and sinners (see our Words of the Spirit publications).

If one takes a topical concordance and researches “fury,” one will find it connected with “fierceness,” “rage,” “wrath,” “anger,” etc. “FURY” (Heb. “chema” = “heat,” “poison,” “hot displeasure,” “furious,” “rage,” “wrath,” etc., and is found 66 times in the O.T. “Charown” or “charon” = “a burning of anger, sore displeasure, fierceness, wrathfulness, etc.”; it is found one time, in Job 20:23. And “chema“ = “anger”; it is found two times, in Dan 3:13 and 19).



“FURY” Debate — Isaiah 27:4

I’VE RUN ACROSS this debate surrounding Isaiah 27:4. The verse says, “Fury is not in me...” Some take this literally: “God has NO FURY in Him!” The Hebrew word for “FURY” here is “chemah” (“anger”). The Septuagint and Syriac read “chomah.” One ancient manuscript has “cheimah.” Adam Clarke, in his Commentary [Vol. IV (Isaiah), p. 120, April 1826 issue], has a long article on that verse. If you have this volume, read it.

The RSV reads, “I have no wrath...” Almost all the scholars I’ve read from find that verse and chapter very difficult; the exegesis reveals the “fragmentary and confused condition of the text,” as they say. From what I can glean, “the oracle responds to the entreaty of chapter 26.” It really begins in verse 20, where we find the word “wrath.” There follows in 27:1 “the announcement of the Divine verdict on the world powers: they are to be destroyed.” God's “strong sword” will punish (hew/ pierce) Leviathan (see 51:9; Job 26:13), where YAHWEH’S “primeval victory are thus portrayed with the classical materials of mythological imagery” [Note: There are many parallels in God's Word where mythology has been accommodated to Hebrew tradition: e.g., Leviathan (Isa 27:1; Psa 74:13-14; 104:26); Rahab, “The Rager” (Isa 30:7; 51:9; Psa 89:10; Job 9:13; 26:12-13); Tannin, “the dragon” or “the monster” (Isa 51:9; Ezek 29:3; 32:2; Psa 74:13; Job 7:12), “the serpent” (Isa 27:1; Amos 9:3; Job 26:13), or “the Sea” (Isa 51:10; Hab 3:8; Psa 74:13; Job 7:12; 26:12; 38:8; Rev 21:1)—all reveal “the symbol of the FINAL OVERTHROW of God's (and our) enemies and the establishment of His (our) unquestioned sovereignty.”

This same theme appears in many ancient mythologies (see Gaster, pp. 140-51). The Biblical forms most resemble, as might be expected, the Babylonian and Canaanite versions.

Leviathan is from a root meaning “turn, twist”; the closeness of the Biblical narrative to the Canaanite myth can be seen from the Ras Shamra tablet I AM (as translated in Alexander Heidel, The Babylonian Genesis).

I can’t go into all this debate (on chapter 27), but we do know that the chapter consists of a song about God's vineyard (Israel) which was under His protection. Verses 7-11 set out the conditions of final deliverance that were possible for His people.

In terms of RETRIBUTION, God has been very lenient (despite what critics say otherwise) in His punishment of disobedient Israel; in fact, He has been patient PLUS!! Forgiveness was promised to ancient Israel, but only FOLLOWING the putting away of the last vestige of IDOLATRY from Israel’s national life (remember this, IDOLATROUS AMERICANS!). Verses 12-13 close with a prophecy of the recall of the banished and outcast—again, God’s “love” in action (in the O.T.!).

We can take all this to heart concerning the current Christian Church. The tragedy of our current situation is that the Church is so “damned” backslid, where does this leave the national life?

The only way I see verse 4 (on “FURY”) is in light of God's principles, seeing the way Israel was—many times backslid, and many times in right standing with God. That is, God will fight against HIS very own people when they fight against Him; He will be a hedge of protection for them (“without FURY”) when they cherish Him and His Word. THE ONLY WAY GOD COULD SAY “FURY IS NOT IN ME” IS WHEN ISRAEL WAS (AND WE ARE) IN OBEDIENCE, THEN DELIVERANCE FROM THEIR ENEMIES WAS IN ORDER; GOD'S “FURY” THEN WAS DIRECTED AGAINST ISRAEL’S ENEMIES.

Actually, there are times when God literally pities His backslid people instead of being full of anger, fury, wrath; yes, His heart has pity. This does not mean that God has no reason to punish out of fury, wrath, and anger; but He withholds these things, as he did in the past with Israel, hoping that His people would REPENT….repent and come home to our Christian citizenship, forsaking the far country of SIN with all the estrangement and entertainments, all the worldliness,...returning, returning home to peace and the love of God.



Love of God

THE FATHERLY “LOVE OF GOD” IN THE N.T. DOES NOT EXCLUDE THE ASPECT OF HIM AS JUDGE. Most would like the opposite, but 1 Peter 1:17 tells us that “if ye call on the Father, who without respect of person judgeth according to every man’s work...” (there is much that could be discussed here). He not only is Judge, but is also a “CONSUMING FIRE” (Heb 12:29; I’ve written on this in our FREE HELL booklets), whose WRATH is a TERRIBLE REALITY, from which Christ alone can save us (Jn 3:36; Rom 1:16-18; 5:9; 1 Thess 1:10).

I assure you, some scholars labor hard trying to prove that the “wrath” in the N.T. is simply eschatological. You can find this Biblically, but one cannot dismiss the present workings of WRATH. Some go to the extreme, challenging the concept of “wrath” being “Christian” at all. HA! They would like to dismiss wrath/punishment as much as they have (in their own sinful minds) dismissed an eternal HELL-FIRE. But HELL-FIRE is real. Biblically read, its FOREVER!!! These perverters of truth hate God's WRATH, and they are themselves idiosyncratically wrathful. These feral “Bible scholars” are leading people to their own destruction with their unbiblical eisegetical interpretations.



No Worth?

ONE SCHOLAR has written, “The notion of the affection of wrath in God has no religious worth for Christians, but is an unfixed and formless theologoumeon.” Get serious, man! God has every right to exercise WRATH, FURY, and INDIGNATION against whoever needs it. Man has no say so in this matter. If man gets MAD or ANGRY, why cannot God?

It is no doubt true that the eschatological aspect of His Wrath-Fury-Indignation are prominent in the N.T., and that, for the reason already given, the Wrath-Fury-Indignation of God throughout the N.T. “recedes into the background” and becomes, as it were, an “attribute in reserve” (see Rom 2:5; 3:25). But, dear ones, many indications warn us that it is ONLY IN RESERVE, and is STILL THERE IN ITS UNCHANGED CHARACTER, and RESTS WITH ITS HEAVY WEIGHT UPON THE DISOBEDIENT (see Jn 3:36; Eph 2:2-3).

So, in a very real sense, its effects are manifest in the terrible (like TERROR!) retribution for SIN/SINS exacted from men even today (see Matt 23:35, 36; Rom 1:21-32; Acts 5:1-11; etc.).



LISTEN UP!

IF THE OBJECTION is pushed, as it seems to be more and more these days, that the attribute of God's Wrath-Fury-Indignation is an “unholy concept,” and “derogates the Divine Perfection of God,” it may at least, with equal justice, be replied that a Ruler, the Ruler of the Universe, if said to be incapable of being moved with an intense moral indignation at sin and a desire to use DESTROYING energy against it, would actually be lacking a vitally essential element of MORAL PERFECTION; further, this Ruler’s righteousness, love, and mercy would NO longer “have any substantive value.”

Think about that.

“WHY DO THE HEATHEN RAGE, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his WRATH, and VEX THEM in his sore displeasure.

Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him” (Psa. 2:1-12, KJV).

RAGING AGAINST THE LORD/Lord and His servants is nothing new. Here we have the heathen raging against the LORD and His anointed servants, the prophets (Old Testament—O.T.). But this raging was not limited to O.T. times; it also speaks, in a broader theme, of Jesus The Messiah (God's Anointed) in the New Testament (N.T.) times—NOW!

The “kings” and “rulers” (v. 2) are godless souls in a position of temporary eminence. Their opponent is the Moral Authority and His agent in human affairs. Kings/rulers are the representatives of the prideful and rebellious human will, DEMANDING license in place of liberty—the struggle of man against God's Authority; today, against Christ’s/His (true) Church.



“HELL, NO!”

THE PREVAILING ATTITUDE today in the world in general and in the liberal backslid Church is “Better to reign in hell than serve in heaven!” and “Hell, NO! We won’t go!” (God's Way).

But this leaves the Lord God no choice but to PUNISH….which is His proper judicial act. “I will punish the world for their evil,... and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.... Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of His fierce anger” — Isa. 13:11, 13. Let it be known to all, His FIERCE ANGER is now loosed upon the world. The earth shall be visited with great and terrible calamities (Isa. 29:6; 24:1, 18-20, et al.).



“Enough!” says God!

THE FACT IS, Jesus IS King over ALL nations of this world, whether nations recognize His Kingship or not—HE IS! (see Rev. 1:5; 19:6; 15:4; Matt. 25:31-32).

The Kings/rulers have their allotted time in power, BUT sometimes it can be cut short because of their war against God and His people. But their anger is countered by God's ANGER. Their significance is measured by the LORD’S scornful laughter (v. 4), His contemptuous derision. I’ve seen this happen to not a few of our hateful enemies.

And what the LORD/Lord scorns, He sooner or later visits with sore displeasure. This ought to tell you something that will befall America for all her hatred towards God, His Word and His (true) people.



Does God Speak Today?

WE GET HATEFUL and scornful letters mocking the concept of God speaking to us, directing us. Go over the volumes of Words of the Spirit publications we’ve published (so far) and decide for yourself if God speaks.

He not only speaks to His true ones but also to His enemies (as verse 5 tells us). “Then He will SPEAK to them in HIS WRATH.” Not only this, but He can, when needs be, play the part of a TERRORIST (v. 5b)—“…and will TERRIFY them in HIS FURY…”



“God = Love! ... And Love = NO Judgment!”

SO GOES THE THEORY. What the modern Church and New Age man has come up with has created a "sickly atmosphere that saps the strength from the Church and leaves man creating his very own god/gods."

All these relativistic and indifferent approaches to Christianity “have produced bottle-sucking Church infants who do not grow up, and the world has its panoramic view of alternatives—different ‘flavors’ of ‘Christianity’ (really, Churchianity!)—to choose from for themselves...the ‘best one’ (that they like) to live by.”

Both groups of peoples have found themselves “possessors of just such an amalgam of nebulously humanistic, politically-correct lifestyles rather than the clear/clean structure of genuine Christian TRUTH and LIFE.” Many, many have reinterpreted their faith and mission to mean virtually the opposite of what God's Word means.



Warnings, Warnings

IN WISDOM 12:2 we find this: “Therefore you rebuke offenders little by little, warn them, and remind them of the sins they are committing, that they may abandon their wickedness and believe in you, O LORD.” God always WARNS before STRIKING.

“REPENT” is found many places in the Sacred Scriptures, and “REPENT” means “CHANGE YOUR WAYS!” (see Joel 2:11-14 for a good example).

What do we know about the prophets Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Isaiah and many others? Were they not given warning from the LORD to give to the people? And did they not warn the people time and time again? And did God not plead with both His very own people and the pagan nations? There are dozens and dozens of prophecies of divine chastisements that were fulfilled. And do you think God does not care about peoples and nations today? Do you not think that He keeps records?



You Are About to See…

GREAT CALAMITIES BEFALL NATIONS. Your unbelief will not prevent this. Your war against God, Christ, the Church….trying to silence His Message and messengers is surely A WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!

You may continue to rebuke and scold people who publish and speak what God instructs, calling them “hateful”, “uncharitable”, “vengeful”; God will laugh at you, AND SO WILL WE.

We don’t give a hoot about how “broad-minded”, “loving” and “open” you critics think you are: God WILL PUNISH! And we don’t give a darn about the consensus of “leading Theologians / Bible Scholars”; we know what God has spoken and we know what we must do—PUBLISH HIS WARNINGS!!

At a time like this we have a tremendous responsibility TO OBEY OUR GOD. You snooze, you loose! The world is now facing an “awful confrontation”: REPENTANCE is the CONDITION for SURVIVAL.



You Refuse to Hear — He Refuses to Hear

THIS IS WHAT WE’VE HEARD a number of times from the Spirit of God. Because men have turned a deaf ear to God, when judgment falls, He will turn a deaf ear to your cries.

The purpose of God's punishments is not to condemn but to redeem: “SAVE US!” must be the cry. His punishments are used against a sinning people in order that they will “turn from their wicked way” (see 2 Chron. 7:13-14).

And I might add, a drunkard’s prayer is insufficient to avert disaster. I mean a quick insincere prayer that once said, the drunkard returns to his/her drunkenness.

Some poor souls make a god out of their many repentings (we see this a lot at our public prayer booth).



False Prophets / Shepherds

Oh, they are everywhere these days. Just as Peter described them in his epistle: “But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of” (2 Pet. 2:1-2). We have oodles and oodles of these darlings—they are a plague to the Body of Christ. But the solution to this pollution is revolution!!

Do you really think that the Holy Spirit is going to put up with all these wolves/goats forever?

God's cleansing of His Temple will purify the Temple. Was Jesus out of order when He did what He did to the Temple area of His day? Did He wink at their money-making?

We do not speak out because we enjoy confrontation. Trust me, this is far from being the case. We speak because He speaks; we love because He loves (even though most construe this to mean “hate”). We wouldn’t seem so radical if others would speak for Him. But because the modern Church has grown fearful of men’s opinions, grown up on “God loves you no matter how-in-the-HELL you live” teachings, is it any wonder that we have sissy-la-la Church?....equipped with faulty equipment (like a rubber sword)? The Church has become cowardly and not more courageous. The Church I write about is in your neighborhood, you know, “The Church where Love IS!”…..This very Church avoids persecution and defamation like the plague. Pastors wet their suits at the sound of anything that is NOT “Politically Correct”!

These sissy-la-la’s are strange (QUEER!) and bizarre insomuch as they speak of “love” and yet “hate” God's holy Word that points out their sins.



We Believe…

IT IS TIME FOR GOD'S PROFESSING PEOPLE to become clear again about His authority, clarity, His judgments. If His Word is to tickle us “pink,” why is it called a two-edged sword? And this SWORD puts us on a collision course with today’s “easy and sleazy” culture, where the “smiley-wiley, big-sin-grin Jesus” hands out condoms by the fistful….with your favorite Scripture on them or your favorite slogan like, “Jesus loves you!”

This “Jesus” dominates all-too-many congregations today. He is “everything to everybody.



When Is He Coming Back?

WELL, ACCORDING TO THE “FUN-IN-THE-SON” crowd, it was already said to be May 21, 2011...but that flopped. Guess they’ll have to come up with something else now. If you are of the world, it will be 2012.

But I’ll say this, He will not come till the Bride hath made herself ready….and do you folks really think this “THING” calling itself God's Church/Bride is really genuine? I mean her wedding garment is stained with her fornications (see 2 Pet. 2:11-14). Allow me to put this in today's language: God is not coming for this “dirty whore” that calls itself the Bride of Christ. GET A LIFE!

The Bible says “...without spot or blemish...” I know we overlook words like this (on purpose of course!), but Peter makes a contrast between genuine believers and licentious sinners, who in 2:13 have been described as “blots and blemishes” (RSV), “spots and blemishes” (KJV)….and the Church is literally FILTHY with them.

Revelation 3:17 describes Church folks who THOUGHT they were just fine, but upon examination by the Lord, they were “wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked.”

This is how the Church today appears, no doubt (with exceptions of course). She said (3:17a), “I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing.” Wow! And what a rebuke she got! Verse 19 sums up today’s article: “...as many as I LOVE, I REBUKE and CHASTEN: BE ZEALOUS THEREFORE, AND REPENT.”

And what of the world? Does God love the world? He says so in John 3:16. BUT the world must come to believe on Jesus as Lord, or PERISH!! If we believe in “love,” we must believe in “perishing” as well.

Disturbing and Unacceptable Attitudes?

ONE DEAN of a respectable college wrote: “Divine inspiration works in a myriad of ways….there are instances when its influence is so apparent that to deny it would be like denying the brilliance of the full moon.” It would do our critics well to consider this, for they pick-and-choose what Scriptures they like, telling us they are “God breathed,” but others, e.g., the judgment/punishment ones, they consider not inspired. In fact, they are embarrassed at the things I bring up in my articles. They actually believe that I am “demon-inspired” and have an infatuation with death! NO! I am in the habit of understanding God's Word in the light of its meaning (as best as I can).



Understanding Unsearchable

WHILE ISAIAH (Isa 40:28-31) mentions this, and it is true in one sense, the Scriptures themselves can be understood if we seek for it. And I will admit, no one FULLY understands God or His ways, how could we? But there is no way we can’t see, in His Word, that God's nature consists of both “love” and “hate.” There are many things God HATES, and there are many things He LOVES, but for us to hate what He loves or to love what He hates is really the epitome of stupidity.



The O.T.

MANY CHRISTIANS wrongly believe that the God of the O.T. is not of the same character we find in the N.T. They ask us why we teach from the Old so much. Well, the O.T., with all its DISTURBING characteristics and unacceptable attitudes (for them), nevertheless contains a vast number of Sacred Scriptures which cannot be (humanly speaking) explained, so our critics explain them away. But if we have God's Holy Spirit we see things in an entirely different light (hence the warfare between “flesh” and “Spirit”). Are we to judge God's Warnings and His punishments as non-inspired? Or will we accept them as the result of Divine promptings? I do.



N.T. Beatitudes

OH HOW WE LOVE THEM! (Matt. 5:1-12). Then we pass on from “Blessed are….” to “the teaching about salt and light, the higher righteousness, anger and reconciliation, adultery, divorce, oaths and retaliation, love for enemies, etc.”

Jesus makes it plain (Matt. 5:17) that He did not “come to destroy the (O.T.) law, or the prophets,” for He knew both were ordained by His Father and was good. He finished up with, “I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.” Thank you, Jesus.

Surely some of the things (like “shadows” and “types”) under the O.T. law have been dropped, but never any of its ethical and moral principles—these are binding upon ALL believers from generation to generation. There is much that could be written here, but what we see Jesus doing is fulfilling what the O.T. spoke about. And one can’t just make the Sermon on the Mount their defense against God's WRATHFUL side.

Even our beloved John 3:16 verse, which reveals the heart and purpose of God’s love for the lost, contains the word “perish”—the too-often forgotten word which points to the DREADFUL REALITY of ETERNAL PUNISHMENT (see Matt. 10:28, which our critics are really embarrassed at). What do they do with that verse, spoken by Jesus, inspired? “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Yes, I’ve heard all the arguments from our “love only” friends, but there’s no way around this: it speaks of eternal DAMNATION, not cremation or annihilation as they so wrongly teach (write for our 4 Hell booklets).

“Eternal life” and “perishing” are both ETERNAL. “Eternal death” is simply ETERNAL SEPARATION from the blessing side of God.



Figurative or Literal?

REALIZE that the Bible has its very own language and grammar. Grammar has to do with the basic elements for understanding the relationships of words and word groupings in a language. It, as scholars point out, consists of morphology (the systematic analysis of classes and structures of words—inflections of nouns, conjugations of verbs, etc.) and syntax (the arrangements and interrelationships of words in larger constructions). I’m not giving my readers a lesson on how to read their Bibles, but it does make a difference to understand what the authors (of the Bible) had in mind to his audience, what they intended to get across by using certain words. Were their statements meant to be literal or figurative? As we know the Bible uses a lot of symbolisms when describing significant persons, places, events, concepts and customs.

The exegetical task is important—the task of “bringing about an encounter between people in this time and the Word of God, written in entirely different languages during an entirely different era.” We certainly can’t use the word “gay” like we once did, and it, “gay,” did not mean “homosexual” in Biblical times. One trick our “no eternal punishment” friends use is giving us any one meaning (in Gk) of the word “eternal”—they use it to mean “a time or age”, but it also means “endless or never-ending”, which always is used in that context when describing one’s final abode (for the lost). Take the word “sword”, it can mean (lit.) a “sword of steel” or it can mean “sword of the Spirit” (fig.).



Slay or Save

OUR FEARFUL FRIENDS who never would dare teach or preach on God's judgment makes a swipe at the book of Joshua (O.T.), where he is commanded to SLAY men, women, children, even beasts! They compare Joshua (O.T. Jesus type!) to Jesus who commands us to love our enemies. (Joshua 6 and Matt. 5). I could take you all through the O.T. and show you where carnal warfare was literally used; the same can be said of the spiritual warfare (fig.) we find in the N.T.

The question asked is “Are we suppose to accept them all as ‘the Word of God?’” Yes! It is really dumb to think that God (O.T.) was not in His rightful mind back then, but He is (N.T.) now! I’ll remind our readers that the O.T. was bloody, but this does not rule out God's judgments/punishments in the New. Have you forgotten 70 A.D. predicted by the Prince of Peace, Jesus Himself? (Isa. 9), Note the words “to establish it (Kingdom of God) and to uphold it with JUSTICE and RIGHTEOUSNESS” AND God's judgments/punishments are all part of it.

The LORD was just as merciful and loving in the O.T. (see Isa. 40:1-5, 9-11) as He is in the New.



IMPRECATIONS

TRUE, THERE were imprecations against adversaries (as I’ve already covered this), rather SAVAGE ones I might add, but if we believe that the LORD was in charge of all things on the other side of the Cross, then we must believe He had a good reason for doing what He did, personally or through men/armies.

A good example is Deuteronomy 7:16 — “And thou shalt consume all the people which the LORD thy God shall deliver thee; thine eye shall have no pity upon them: neither shalt thou serve their gods; for that will be a snare unto thee.” “Consume (kill!) ALL the people”? Isn’t that rather EXTREME? Well, the “ites” in the land were idol worshippers, (7:4, 5) and sex offenders (like homosexuals, adulterers, were given to beast sex, etc. (see Lev. 18:1-30). Those people were “cut off” because of their sinful ABOMINATIONS (hey America, do you commit the same sins today, even sexing with beasts?). Since God created man to be upright and they do the opposite, He is rightly justified in His WARFARE against them.

Lev. 18:27 tells us “For all these ABOMINATIONS have men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled.” Now America has a president that is “pink crazed,” pushing hard for sodomy (GLBTQ) to cover this land, defile even the very young—THIS IS AN ABOMINATION! What will the LORD do to this nation?

Take note of Psalm 68:22-23—can we really approve of such a thing? Humanly speaking, no, but from God's perspective, seeing all the “evil” men do, He has every right to execute imprecations against His adversaries.



Who Are We??

THIS IS THE CURRENT sin—man playing God. What disrespect, what arrogance? Instead of celebrating the REALITY of the ever-present higher power—God Almighty—men have usurped His authority, deitized themselves and now have taken control of things (or so they think!), even thinking they have the power to control God's weather.

I’ll say it, “We are meant to be under a Theocracy, not a democracy.” America claims “In God We Trust,” but does she really mean this? Instead of promoting God's Rule, you promote Man’s Rule….to achieve—a means to achieve security, stability, and prosperity for the ENTIRE world; to assist newly formed democracies (usually by bloodshed) in implementing democratic principles (not Biblical ones). America assists democracy advocates around the world to establish vibrant democracies in their own countries (like in Iraq!) and identify and denounce regimes that deny their citizens the right to choose their leaders in elections that are “free, fair and transparent” (HA! Like the election that happened with the current Prez who is NOT a legal U.S. citizen, who has very little political savvy but talks BIG!, who has a pure Socialist/Communist mindset, and who supports the Muslims whose goal is to DESTROY America and take over the WHOLE world and institute Sharia law, etc., etc.??!!).



DANGER: Watch Out!

IT IS WELL SAID that the danger of democracy lies in the ironic fact that it will ULTIMATLEY NOT TOLERATE ANY OPPOSITION….and we are seeing this “spirit” sweeping this nation, hate crime laws and all. Thought police are everywhere, even in your churches.

We cheer on America’s troops as they play “world police force” (no reflection on their fighting skills or their dedication/zeal) against those tyrannical regimes that are unlike us (democracy), yet America is every bit as bullish/brutish. Does this hit your red-white-and-blue nerve?

America once stood for freedom, it was a beacon of freedom for years and years, but here at home restrictions are being placed against one’s religious beliefs (genuine Christianity—we can’t freely speak out against homosexuality without getting Big Brother and gang really upset. I guess they prefer AIDS/STDS to kill off the very people they protect?).



Which God?

ONE POLITICAL ANALYST has well said, “Unfortunately, we are not establishing freedom to worship the One True God, but we (the government) are creating the ‘god of freedom.”’

Some political analysts believe that democracy (the New World type) will become, in effect, a WORLD DICTATORSHIP!

Actually, the “demon” behind democracy is “self worship”!—the god of self is what we see on the rise, even in the so-called “Church” of God. The grand theme of today's political and religious fervor is the “love and comfort of self”: not the love of God, Jesus, His Word or His Will, but the love of the will of man. The anti-Christ is not just one man but MAN HIMSELF.



Peace, Peace, Peace

BUT WE ALL KNOW there is NO PEACE! And the way America goes about establishing “peace” is to go to WAR. Peace/freedom has become the mantra: it’s “Peace and freedom at all costs!”...even to the destroying of whole nations, if need be.



Make War

“THESE HAVE ONE mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful” (Rev. 17:13-14, KJV).

These verses portray the current mindset: make WAR with the Lamb (Christ). And I will add, with his true followers, too. We are seeing the humanistic BEAST power degrading God's laws, standards, morals; even your “messiah,” Prez Obama, has introduced a bill in the United Nations to make it a crime to speak out against the (SIN!) of homosexuality.



Solve Problems?

THIS REALLY MAKES me laugh, the world’s people believing they can solve the world’s problems thru democracy. Well, America is a grand failure in solving its own problems.

As this country has been diseased with the “pink” disease, and “Political Correctness” has even enslaved its promoters, pray tell me how peace and freedom will prevail? REMOVE GOD FROM A NATION AND THE BEAST IS RELEASED.

“Stop emphasizing the importance of God's rule, and man over-emphasizes man’s nobility (whatever that means).” All this so-called “positive thinking” (apart from a true worship of Jesus Christ the Lord), self-esteem, consumption of every sort of evil, and all the other garbage this culture is given over to all spell DISASTER.

What of the mountain of problems America is faced with? What of all the SIN/CORRUPTION found in men? Society (now) believes that these unwanted things can be changed by analysis of SELF and thru “behavior modification programs” (and “legal” drugs, of course!). How come these things aren’t working?? WELL, AMERICA HAS DIVORCED HERSELF FROM HER LORD YEARS AND YEARS AGO!!

Actually all the “answers” this proud and rebellious nation has come up with compound the problems, causing more questions to be asked.

Some believe a nation without God's rule would be a utopia. Is that so? Look around and see the nations that have forgotten God—how they have become “spiritual slums…full of vermin.”

We need to realize that evil men are at work, although I don’t want to dwell upon all the hidden political agendas (some not so hidden) and all the conspiracies (there were conspiracies against the LORD in O.T. times: “And the LORD said unto me, A CONSPIRACY is found among the men of Judah, and among the people of Jerusalem. They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear My Words; and they went after other gods to serve them….(they) have broken My Covenant….” (Jer. 11:9-10). Hello America!! How goes your conspiracy against God? YOU HAVE FORSAKEN GOD AND HIS WORD AND HAVE FILLED YOUR HEARTS AND MINDS WITH THE PANACEA CALLED “HUMANISTIC DEMOCRACY.”



What Will Be Your End?

I DON’T WANT TO LEAVE my readers in doubt as to what will be your end (for your backslidings). Jeremiah 11:11 gives us the answers: “Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring EVIL upon them, WHICH THEY SHALL NOT BE ABLE TO ESCAPE; and though they shall cry unto me, I WILL NOT HEARKEN UNTO THEM!” Do you sinners and haters of God really believe you WON’T be punished? Already America is being brought down, but you fools are just too drunk to perceive it—the American Titanic is sinking while the music plays on...but “the icy black waters will soon sober you up!”

GOD IS BOTH THE GOD OF LOVE AND JUDGMENT. His love demands justice. “Both love and justice demand a review of ALL men” (see Psa. 89:14, O.T.; Rom. 2:5-6, N.T.). We will receive our just rewards for what we have done, and not done, in this life (see Eph. 5:9-10; 1 Cor. 3:15).



And So—

WITH ALL THIS SAID, man may find God's Word and actions “DISTURBING AND UNACCEPTABLE.” But GOD is the One Who finds the same in man’s attitudes and actions. And I’ll grant you, He will have the final say so.

Since Christ died to take away the sins of the world (Jn. 1:29; 1 Cor. 15:3), He bore our sins in His own body on the cross (1 Pet. 2:24), and having suffered once for our sins (1 Pet. 3:18) and having manifested to take them (sins) completely away (1 Jn. 3:5), WHO BUT THE LAMB OF GOD HAS THE RIGHT TO DICTATE WHAT IS RIGHT AND WRONG, JUST AND UNJUST? Do you have this right? Does “democracy”? humanism?

Just because Christ did all this does not, of course, mean men will stop sinning and accept Him. But it does mean that WHEN MEN TURN FROM SIN TO CHRIST, THEIR SINS WILL BE FORGIVEN (see Col. 1:20-22; Eph. 2:16). From there we can make the long trek up the straight and narrow road of holiness to becoming more like Christ every day, gaining dominion over our sins.

Consider what I’ve written. Amen.

On Track for Change

“THE LORD’S voice crieth unto the city, and the man of wisdom shall see Thy name; hear ye the rod, and who hath appointed it” — Micah 6:9.

THESE ARE THE WORDS of the prophet introducing the LORD, Who speaks in verses 10-16. The first clause simply points out that the utterance of the Deity is to follow. The expression “crieth unto the city” signifies alarm in the face of impending disaster…but God's WARNING had not been heeded. Now He is about to issue the FINAL ONE!

The appeal is to the people of Jerusalem to listen to the Divine message (given thru a human messenger). Verse 13 says, “Therefore also will I make thee sick in smiting thee, in making thee desolate because of your sins” (KJV). Jump ahead to 2011, in America, we can relate to this. The crowning SIN of ancient Israel—as is America’s—was (is!) IDOLATRY, which led to apostasy.

AMERICA HAS FORSAKEN THE GOD OF THE SACRED SCRIPTURES, AS DID ISRAEL. And because of this He has sent the rod to correct/punish this backslid, God-hating nation….as your president has been appointed, by God, to smite you!



Agent of Change

AS ONE WISE observer commented, “Obama was never intended to be the actual next President of the U.S. He was intended to SCREW things up. And he’s DONE THAT!” Couldn’t have said it better.

You see, because America wanted evil, God will now stuff it down America’s throat. At the end of this article I have reprinted for you the Word of the Lord given a day after your “messiah” was elected (or so you think) by you. There were several other Words given to us along these same lines before he was elected (appointed by God!) by you dupes!



God Appoints Enemies

THE BIBLE GIVES us many instances whereby the LORD APPOINTS pagans to be a weapon against His own people (Israel) for their idolatry/adultery etc. God does this, not the devil (write for my 6 part “Fatted for Slaughter” teachings).

You see, Obama, as much as I detest him and his filthy agendas, was set in office, not to rule for the better, but to tear down! Why? Because God has warned this rebellious and prideful nation till He is weary of it, yet to NO AVAIL!! Even the Church is REBELLIOUS AS HELL!

Read this judgment Word carefully, dear people: God speaks of the WEAPONS of MASS DESTRUCTION (others who work with your Prez).

Too Rank?

ONE AUTHOR/SPEAKER stated, “…He (Obama) is not fit to be President of the U.S....he’s like toilet paper! He’s used and disposed of.” This speaker is not a Christian, but he certainly is speaking of Biblical principles: God raises up weapons/rods to punish His erring people, then He disposes of them likewise—it is in your Bible folks.

Many people in power are literally unsalvageable (for salvation), therefore they perish. I’ve written about all this before so I don’t have to be redundant, you go thru God's Word and see for yourself.



Deep Sense of Betrayal!

ONE OBAMA BACKER, also a Hillary Clinton backer, bemoans: “none of us anticipated what we’ve seen....He’s doing things now, that he is not under any pressure to do! And those things are serving to completely alienate the base that has supported him from the start, leaving them with a very DEEP SENSE of BETRAYAL!” There you have it! “What, Gen. Jim, do we have?” You have God performing one of His principles: AMERICANS BETRAY GOD, GOD USES OTHERS TO BETRAY THEM.

Americans wanted a real live “messiah,” a darling that would “fix things up.” HA! You’ve got a loser that is breaking things up! You folks who voted for this guy (who is not even a U.S. citizen!) thought that he would do better for the nation rather than Biblical repentance / national repentance.

There have been some pretty BAD presidents in the past (don’t get me started here!), but I know that the Holy Spirit told us that this “Weapon of mass destruction” He put in office to be a rod upon America’s back….and the stripes will be deep and painful. Whether you like this or not, or if you never voted for him, he is in power and he (is using and) will use that power to tear this already fragmented nation apart. You might think that all America’s troubles are the result of past politicians. True, but this guy tops them all—totally committed to the homosexual (ABOMINATION!) agenda, the Socialist / One World Government agenda, and on and on it goes.

America, from “superpower” to “STUPERpower”! I mean this nation is a breeding ground for dumb-dumbs!! She has become a dumping ground for garbage, which she repackages and adds a bit more filth to, then sells it on the world’s market.

Then we have, as one person described, Facebook / My Space and similar kinds of “ghettos of stupidity and degradation”...PORN CITES ARE IN THE THOUSANDS! Killer games, mass killing!, suicide killings, etc….ALL THESE FOR YOUR KIDS. The SINS of America are GREAT….and why be shocked if God is fed up with it all and anoints and appoints a person like your Prez to be a rod on your backs?

While it is true that he (Mr. Prez) takes an EXPENSIVE vacation about every 6 weeks and finds ways to spend up the little remaining $$ in America, HAVE NOT AMERICANS THEMSELVES TAKEN AN EXTENDED VACATION FROM GOD, HIS WORD, HIS LAWS, ETC.? Have not Americans even spent up their children’s inheritance? Do not they lie like devils one to another, even to God? Are they not so very much UNCONCERNED about living upright?....stooping lower than animals, doing animalistic things (like what we find in the GLBTQ camp). Is it any wonder that you now have a national leader who gives glowing speeches while at the same time is stabbing you in the back?

“CHANGE”? Why yes, exactly that!....from being a human being to becoming whores, whoremongers, GLBTQs, liars, cheats, frauds, murderers, drunks, druggies, satanists, New Age freaks, hypocritical “Christians,” thieves,...losing everything that resembles a creation of God...losing moral values of being human.

Hey, America, look in the mirror and then look at your spend-thrift Prez and gang….he is the SPITTING IMAGE of YOU!! WHAT YOU’VE DONE TO GOD, GOD IS ALLOWING THIS TO BE DONE TO YOU. Do you like it? Neither does God.



Courting Disaster

NOW YOUR “WONDERFUL” Prez courts terrorists and is even considering Islamic Sharia Law—how nice of him. And he’s promoting “gays” in the military, to demasculinate it, so “gays” can wear evening gowns and high-heels into combat? Better make them pink too!



The Foolish Are Fooled by Fools!

HAVING A PRESIDENT like Obama is a chastisement. God not only oversees the events of men in power—for good or evil—he also oversees evil (Heb. ra): e.g., misfortunes in the physical world—earthquakes, storms, floods, volcanoes, tornadoes etc.; these in themselves are neither good nor evil, but God, when necessary, uses such natural forces as chastisements. The same principle holds true when He uses men as weapons/rods for punishment.



In the Beginning—

“I WILL GREATLY multiply thy sorrow and thy conception….” (Gen 3:16)…..“in sorrow shalt thou eat of it (the ground)….” (Gen 3:17). These words were spoken to Adam and Eve after they sinned. Note the word “sorrow.” Sorrow/sufferings were given to man/woman as a means of chastisement.

Punishments are meant, in the big picture, “to cut off the growth of sin.” The Bible gives us plenty of examples of the tie between sufferings and sin. Consider Psalm 2:12 in one translation: “Lay hold of chastisement, lest at any time the Lord be angry.” Look at Psalm 119:71: “It is good for me that thou hast humbled me, that I might learn Thy statutes.”

This nation, this world, is full of pain, sorrow, sufferings, diseases, death; and in the overwhelming majority of cases, SIN is the cause of these things—these JUDGMENTS are the direct result of REBELLION against God's Word.



The “Blame Game”

MEN WHO won’t admit their guilt, blame God for all the above. But God is not to be blamed.

By nature, God is a loving God; however, His love requires punishment. Therefore it is not He who is the cause of moral evil; rather, it proceeds from his created creatures themselves, for they have rebelled and deviated from what is good, moral and upright to what is bad, evil and unrighteous. “The essence of evil consists in the violation of God's will, His eternal commandments and His moral law which is written in the human conscience—this violation is called SIN!



“...That Defileth the Man...”

“AND HE SAID, That which cometh out of the man, THAT DEFILETH THE MAN. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: ALL THESE EVIL THINGS COME FROM WITHIN, AND DEFILE THE MAN” (Mark 7:20-23).

These things come not out of the heart of God, but out of the heart of men. I might add also, evil spirits are constantly attracting people to evil and to do evil. Even satan tried to tempt our Lord Christ. We also know that Jesus “cast out demons” (see Matt 12:43-45).

So, evil spirits and the rebellious/evil wills of men work together. There are principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, etc. (see Eph 6:2) that are involved in the world’s operation: satan, being the prince of the power of the spirit world (Eph 2:2), is allowed, by God, to rule over evil men—IF they refuse to be ruled over by God.



SHOCKED?

WE SHOULD NOT be shocked at all the hideous things that transpire day by day; this is monos tis amortias, “the law of sin” at work.

REBELLION AND PRIDE are “chief rulers in the depths of man’s impulses to activity in life.” This is why the LORD/Lord executes His judgments upon the sons of men. If He did not judge, I grant you, this world would be HELL-on-EARTH!! We better thank our loving God for His intervention in the affairs of men.

Because of sin, men and women, boys and girls, have become subject to the corrupt elements of the world in which dissolution and death are manifested. With sin, “death” entered into the human race. Wisdom 1:13 states, “God did not make death.” Death is the ugly side of things, but John 3:16 gives us the solution.



Punishment

AS MUCH AS the world and the “Politically Correct” Church hates what I write, it nevertheless is true. Punishments are given as a means of preventing man from a further and final fall, death and hell!

Sometimes God orders death of individuals, groups of individuals in order to STOP the spread of sin. You might consider this to be “cruel and unloving,” but think about what would happen if sin unchecked would be allowed. HA! Men would cry out for some sort of intervention.



God Loves/Hates

WE CAN’T JUST keep the “love” Scriptures as fetishes or charms, quoting them as magical words for personal protection against evil, even against the evil God sends in the way of punishment. But the contemporary Church is doing this very thing, even calling God the “Bully God!”

While it is true “God loves,” it is also true “God hates.” We know that God desires sinful men to repent of their sins, to turn their hearts toward Him (the first time or again), for He is gracious and merciful, not wanting ANY to perish (see Joel 2:12-14); but unless the sinner repents they will perish (Lk 13:3; Acts 3:19). Sinful men must call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation (see Acts 4:12).



“Why Will You Die?”

THIS QUESTION WAS asked Israel (Ezek 18:31). He was WARNING Israel of His approaching judgment; it was His love that He put forth His warnings, so they could escape punishment.

The axe is being laid unto the root of the trees NOW! (see Matt 3:10). This is what John the Baptist said to the generation of vipers, the religious Pharisees and Sadducees of his day. They were WARNED “to flee from the WRATH to come” (Matt 3:7). They way of escape was heart repentance (v. 8).

John was no church sissy-la-la, like these sorry effeminate men called “pastors,” “evangelists” and “teachers” today. NO! He told the proud and rebellious vipers that “therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down and CAST INTO THE FIRE” (v. 10).

John would be hated today as much as he was then. These soft, sin-loving ministers of today would certainly brand John as a “hate messenger.”



WRATH to COME!

BOTH JOHN AND Jesus spoke about it; it came in 70 A.D. in the form of the mighty pagan army of Rome. Even Malachi 4:6 spoke of this dreadful event: “And he [John the Baptist—Lk 1:17] shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and SMITE the earth with a CURSE.”

There are three remarkable predictions in this chapter (Mal 4): #1) The advent of John the Baptist, in the spirit and authority of Elijah. #2) The manifestation of Christ in the flesh under the emblem “Sun of Righteousness.” #3) The final DESTRUCTION of Jerusalem, represented under the emblem of a “burning over,” consuming everything cast into it (read the account by Josephus). And I might add these predictions were given nearly 400 years before their occurrence.

Why get mad (our e-mail got clogged with letters despising the Japan prophecy that was given 16 YEARS IN ADVANCE about her destruction)?

Actually John and Jesus both fulfilled the Elijah description.



Does God Cut Off?

YES! THIS IS the meaning of verse 10. Even though many in the Jewish nation became Christian, the WRATH/CURSE came as Malachi, John the Baptist, and Jesus predicted (see Matt 24).

When the Baptist put forth his timely warning (“There is not a moment to spare! God is about to CUT OFF every impenitent soul! Turn to your God/Messiah/Christ, or be utterly ruined!”), that nation did not take it seriously. And neither is America.

It was customary with the prophets (in Biblical language) to represent the kingdoms, nations, and individuals, whose RUIN they predicted, using forests and trees, doomed to be CUT DOWN! (see Jer 46:22, 23; Ezek 31:3, 11-12 for starters).

The nation of Israel fit into this metaphor; the Romans as the axe. Now tell me, you critics, did this happen or not?

Also there is an allusion here to a wood-man, who, “having marked a tree for excision, lays his axe at its root, and strips off his outer garment, that he may wield his blows more powerfully, and that his work may be speedily done.”

You see, about 60 years before Christ, this axe had been lying at the root of the Jewish nation-tree, Judea having been made a Roman province, from the time that the great Pompey took the city of Jerusalem (this was during the time of Hyrcanas and Aristobulus, about 63 years before Christ). You might want to check this out in Antiq. 1. xiv.c. 1-5 of Josephus.

Even when Jesus predicted the fall of the Jews’ beloved city in Matthew 24, it wasn’t’ until 70 A.D. this came to pass. So, from the time of Pompey until Titus, NO fruit was produced worthy to avert that Roman invasion….the Romans chopped and chopped at the root till the nation-tree fell.



“You Were Unwilling”

READ MATTHEW 23:37-39. In a style similar to Jeremiah in Lamentations, Jesus laments the impending judgment destined for Jerusalem.

Likewise, how many men/women of God have and are weeping over the coming destruction of America? I know we have been faithful to warn this nation since the 1970’s. Will America see a great holocaust as have other nations of this world?



Smiley-Wiley Jesus?

I DON’T think so. Check out Jesus’ strong language in Matthew 23. Why, this is enough to make the Church liberals PUKE! Too bad! That language is a divine warning and condemnation. You sissy-la-las make Christ very sick, therefore you too will receive God's sore displeasure.

Jesus carefully choose the words “great distress” (Lk 21:23) and “great tribulation” (Mt 24:21), for they appear in contexts dealing with the total dismantling of the first-century temple (Mt 24:1, 2; Lk 21:5, 6) and confined to that generation, not to a supposed future generation when a 3rd temple is built and destroyed (see our Pre-trib Rapture teachings—against such folly!). I totally agree with those who believe that “this generation” was not a “future generation” (like LaHaye, Ice, Hagee etc.) for the texts provides a linguistically sound, morally relevant, and historically dramatic fit; what Jesus spoke does not require a reinterpretation of “this generation” between Matthew 23:36 and Matthew 23:34 the time-frame language requires no 2,000-plus-year gap!



And So...

I’LL CLOSE FOR now. All I can say is God is slow to anger! He is unwilling that any should perish, for judgment is not His first choice! BUT...PUSH HIS PATIENCE TOO FAR AND HE WILL “RAIN SNARES, FIRE AND BRIMSTONE, AND AN HORRIBLE TEMPEST” UPON THE WICKED (see Psa 11:6). I’ll say what Psalm 66:5 says: “Come and see the works of God: He is terrible (a TERRORIST?) in His doing toward the children of men.” WHEN GOD TERRORIZES, NO MAN CAN STOP HIM—NO AMERICAN GOVERNMENT, NO UNITED NATIONS, NO ONE! He can be terrible against our enemies (as Psa 66:3 and 5 states), or He can become our enemy: “Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire” (Isa 29:6).

Japan is but the latest nation (besides the USA!) to be visited by the LORD of hosts in such a way. Now, take heed to the following Word that was given (April 5, 2011):



God Is Bringing Down The

Proud Giant Of Japan

4-5-11

I speak forth and I say this day that it is me the Living God, it is me the Living God who is able to bring down the proud, who is able to bring down the haughty, who is able to bring down the giants. I say that it is me the Living God who is well able to humble even those who think they remain forever. I say so it is even now that I have begun and I will continue the humbling.

Therefore I say pray regularly that she would be brought low. That is the proud giant, Japan is her name that she would be humbled, that she would be brought low. I say that it is my time, it is my doing, and I say there are captives who need to be freed. That is there are those who have been in slavery to false gods, to demon forces, to iniquities they are bound. I say that I have heard the groans, the moans of their hearts and I say they have reached unto me. I say that it is me the Living God who will humble and humble and humble until they are reduced to crawl upon the earth. That is till they are reduced to fall upon their faces and cry out unto me.

I say that I know the ones who need to be set free, to be set free from the wall of pride. That is the ones who need to be delivered of the massive force of darkness that engulfs that land.

I say therefore continue to believe, continue to pray, that those who are bound in that nation will be freed by me. I say that it is me the Living God who is bringing the humbling, the devastation, the despair to set the captives free. That is the ones who cry out for righteousness, for truth but cannot be delivered. I say when I pull down the wall of pride then shall they be free, to come unto me, to serve me, to obey, to walk in my light. I say that the work has started, it is not finished and it will be completed by me. I say give thanks, give praise.



You see, God wants people to be free to serve Him, even if He has to destroy life and property to see it come to pass. Japan is a very oppressive and sinful nation, world power economically, but watch and see her get humbled down.

When she received her first blow and such destruction occurred, the Spirit of the Lord told us that He was NOT FINISHED with Japan. Wait and see how He executes the rest of His wrath, fury, and indignation against her.

Watch and see how He humbles America, the magnificent whore she is. Watch and see how He uses this current president as a weapon/rod in His hand.

Repent and pray for others to repent. Amen.

Plundering HELL

to Populate HEAVEN!

MOST CHRISTIAN BELIEVERS dislike the subject of HELL, although Jesus Himself spoke more about this awful place than He did HEAVEN. WE CANNOT MAGNIFY THE TRUE LOVE OF GOD BY MINIMIZING HIS HOLY WRATH AGAINST SIN. Some of the most tender pleadings in the Holy Bible are from Jesus’ warnings to the LOST sinners (and backslid people of Israel) in danger of being punished by the wrath of His Father. Therefore it is only in this context that salvation from HELL can be really understood and appreciated.

My topic in this lesson is not HELL itself but salvation from it.

WE HEAR it all the time from our very liberal, backslid, HELLBOUND churchfolks (especially from the Emergents), that we do not need to instill fear in the lost in order to get them saved. One minister writes: “The warnings have been sounded, and like many before me, I have been called ‘paranoid,’ ‘uptight,’ ‘reactionary,’ ‘close-minded,’ all for insisting that everything that claims to be ‘Christian’ or that is purported to be compatible with our faith must be tested and inspected under the unfailing microscope that is the Bible.” What this minister is referring to is the advancement of PAGANISM inside the Church. I’ve been crying out against this ever since I left the organized denomination (Pentecostal) in which I served from 1971-1977. Not that it was all that bad, but as I visited many denominations and ministries before we actually started this missionary corps, I (we—my wife and I) witnessed a blending of Christian faith with paganism. The Roman Catholic Church of course had been doing this for centuries already.

BUT AS THE YEARS slipped on by, this synthesis grew larger and bolder—here we are today with same-sex marriage and every other sin, right in the Church.

AS THE BIBLE doctrines grew less and less taught, the holy standards of Christian living/practice were lowered; HELL was one of those doctrines that was put before the liberal firing squad and was BLOWN AWAY! I’m not teaching on all this for I have 4 booklets in print and number 5 on the way. What I do want to say is that there is no way we can populate Heaven unless we plunder HELL.

ABANDONING God’s clear and inspired Scriptures on this subject has build up the liberal inclusiveness, that is, the lost (as the Bible calls them) can get to heaven “their way” without the blood atonement of Jesus Christ. Even the so-called Evangelicals are now teaching this LIE! This will not go unnoticed by God, the author of eternal salvation. Is there such a thing as pagan Christians? That is oxymoronic, yet the feral teaches of this damnable recreant doctrine see nothing wrong with it. You might consider our free booklet Recreant Philosophers for a background on all this. Over a period of several decades this Emergent Church Movement (ECM) has come to symbolize a BLATANT APOSTATE RELIGION that claims to have replace authentic, genuine Biblical Christianity. All I can say is TO HELL with that! The ECM is from the pit of HELL— the very HELL they deny. But HELL will not be extinguished and all who are not with God will be with Satan, his demons, and all ungodly persons ETERNALLY!



NO FEAR?

IF MEN REFUSE to fear God (in reverence) they will be counted as the “fearful”—“But the FEARFUL, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have THEIR part in the lake which burneth with FIRE and BRIMSTONE...” (Rev. 21:8).

MAKE NO MISTAKE: All those who lie, murder (the Truth!) disbelieve, and are abominable WILL BE CAST INTO THE LAKE of FIRE!

TAKE WARNING: God is not mocked! When we mock and scoff the reality of HELL we will reap the same; God will mock us! All one has to do is read the ECMs writings: “Truth is relative; sin is sin if you believe it to be sin.” And for the EC folks, sin is not believing in their un-Biblical, anti-Christ, anti-God, anti-Christian, anti-Word BALONEY! These people are demonized. And God will judge them and punish them—count on this!



Happy Heretics?

THEY MAY SEEM to be happy but I can assure you, the ones who willfully abandoned Bible Truth for this EC LIE HAVE TORMENT. No one will get by when they willfully abandon Biblical authority and truth and redefine them in order to be “nice,” “loving” and “fair”—attempting to make their views “equal” with God’s Word.



Pagan Churchianity!

THIS IS WHAT WE’RE dealing with—a Socialistic, pagan religion that is ruled by religious demons. To these happy heretics, especially Brian McLaren, salvation is not about saving souls or populating Heaven, but about humans saving the planet. This religious pervert went so far as to say, “Jesus’ use of the phrase ‘the world’ was actually referring to the earth and not to lost humanity” (McLaren, Generous Orthodoxy, pp. 65-66). Here is a man who is not only BACKSLID! but is REPROBATE, APOSTATE! Romans one speaks of such persons.



“Anything Goes” Theology

THIS PRETTY WELL sums up the ECM’s theology....anything EXCEPT Biblical Truth. That is, “Truth” to these demonized folks is simply situational, not ABSOLUTE.

The “love affair” between the ECM and paganism is a “passionate one.” I believe these folks would readily murder a brother/sister in the Christian faith because of this affair. It can be rightly stated that they (though not all) are character assassins. They could also be called “Churchianity Ecclesiastical Tyrants and Terrorists.”

All one has to do is study their teachings/beliefs—their psychological and sociological unrealities—to see what I’m dealing with.



Memorize Proverbs 17:4

“AN EVILDOER listens to wicked lips, a liar pays attention to a destructive tongue.” Did you hear that? Why do so many listen to the EC LIARS? Because they have falsehood within them also.



Memorize Proverbs 12:17 Also

“HE WHO SPEAKS Truth tells what is right, but a false witness, deceit.” THE EC IS A CHURCH OF LIARS AND DECEIVERS. Truth in this context is a communicable attribute with God (i.e., something that we share with Him) and IF WE LOVE GOD, THEN WE HAVE TO LOVE HIS TRUTH (Jn. 4:24). Reverse this and we have the Emergent Church Movement.

We cannot water down, degrade, or change God’s Truth to fit into our modern world, heavily influenced by ungodly philosophical presuppositions. NO! Let every man be a LIAR but God be TRUE.

Don’t be fooled by all this “They are so sincere!” stuff. Satan is very sincere at working to take you to HELL forever. SINCERITY IS GOOD BUT CAN NEVER REPLACE BIBLICAL TRUTH. McLaren is sincere in his ruthless attacks on God’s Holy Word—sincerity does not prove one is right.



The Redefining Business

THIS IS WHAT the ECM is all about: REDEFINING God’s Word, His intentions, His purposes. The root, the core and heart of this evil movement is to “redefine sin” to “justify themselves.” Read their writings for yourselves and see if I’m misjudging them; read Proverbs 6:12-15 for your information. Note: “Calamity will come suddenly; instantly he (they) will be broken, and there will be no healing.” There is no healing for those who have crossed over the line—they shall PERISH!



Contemplative Spirituality

THOSE WHO review the EC’s teachings “see the connection between,” as the minister I mentioned beforehand writes, “New Age philosophy and the EC is exploration into experiential mysticism.” I can see why, because the Holy Spirit has vacated their lives so they must seek “spiritual” from the world. Even the occult is used, cloaked in “Christian terminologies” of course. Seeking spiritual experiences will lead one down the “Yellow Brick Road” to HELL if one departs from the Christian faith. Does this upset you? It ought to. I believe in spiritual experiences as long as they are within godliness.



Without God?

“RELIGIOUS” MEN in this generation run here, run there, looking for utopia....without God and without His Holy Spirit and without His Holy Word and without Jesus Christ the Lord of Glory. What these “seekers” will find is DECEIT, DELUSION, and DEVILS! Apart from the Father, Son, Holy Ghost (Spirit), one will merely build his/her utopias upon sinking, stinking, sand; THOSE WHO BUILD UPON THE ROCK OF AGES, THIS UTOPIA WILL STAND FOREVER, FOR ITS BUILDER AND MAKER IS THE GOD OF HEAVEN.



Assimilation — Elimination

EITHER WE ACCEPT God’s ONE and ONLY WAY (Jn. 14:6) and be assimilated into His many-membered body (of Christ), or we will be “cut off” (see Matt. 3:10; 7:17-19 etc.), eliminated from God’s presence forever.

All this EC junk reeks of falsehoods, ROTTENNESS! EITHER WE TURN FROM SIN AND TURN TO GOD IN REPENTANCE, OR WE, YOU, THEY WILL END UP IN HELL FOREVER. I realize that is not “Emergent-Church Correct” nor “Politically Correct,” but it is BIBLICALLY CORRECT.



The Bible

IT WAS ASKED, “Is the Holy Bible man’s guide?” An EC spokesman answered thus: “The Bible is a very holy and sacred book.....one can make the Bible say anything she or he wants it to.....an accurate guideline to assist you in your interpretation is to ask yourself for the meaning.....” (Rev. Duke Tufty responding to the Kansas City Star in 1998).

What about seeking The Holy Ghost for interpretation of God’s Word? Doesn’t the Bible tell us that the Spirit IS our Leader/Guide/Truth? Yes! Why ask ourselves? Tufty actually let us know how the ECites get all their funny ideas out of the Bible—they use eisegesis, not exegesis.



“All Paths Lead to God!”

REALLY? This is new to me! But this is oh, so true to the ECites. Again, Tufty was asked about the relationship of UNITY with other religious books, like the bloody/militant Islamic Qur’an, the Jewish Torah (which we use, but points us towards Jesus Christ’s eternal Kingdom, the very thing the Jews reject!), the Bhagavad-Gita (that “holy” book of Hinduism, which is demonic—Hindus hold to over 360 million gods!), the Tao, the Dhammapada, etc. Tufty believes “....Each holy book provides a uniquely different spiritual path, but ALL PATHS move in the same direction and have an identical destination.” HA! What a LIE! This, dear ones, is the stupid mind-set of the ECM. The only truth Tufty spoke is that ALL PATHS do lead to God...BUT ONLY FOR JUDGMENT!!—for ALL must give an account to Him for what they did and did not do. YET THE BIBLE NEVER SPEAKS OF SUCH A THING AS ALL HAVE THE SAME DESTINATION: JESUS STATES THAT NATIONS/INDIVIDUALS THAT DO NOT KNOW GOD WILL BE CAST INTO HELL. Jesus states this. There is no other way one can interpret His Words. The goats and sheep are separated; the bad and good fish are separated; the fruitful and unfruitful are separated; the wheat and tares are separated. These EC liars know what the Bible—the Holy Bible mind you—says on this matter.

What these liars teach is Universalism, which the Bible in no wise teaches. I have already written about all this.

“UNIVERSAL RECONCILIATION” IS FROM SATAN, NOT GOD. This can be, if you permit me to use the word, “annihilated.” This sounds good to those who make it in, but it certainly is not Biblical. I challenge anyone to prove it to me.



What’s The Problem?

REBELLION! This is their problem. They do not want to go God’s Way. Frankly, these ECites make up their own religious rules and doctrines. These petulant, misotheists, flagitious ECites make up their own “heaven”/“hell”, how nice of them. These perverts scoff at those of us who are concerned with the state of the lost. True, we are concerned. God is concerned. Seeking compassion for those lost souls whom Jesus died for should be top priority for the redeemed, not feeling sorry for their earthly state. A bleeding heart of liberals/apostates will never cover their sins—THE BLEEDING BODY AND BROKEN HEART OF CHRIST HAS ALREADY PAID THE PRICE OF REDEMPTION—JUST ACCEPT IT. Unless one completely changes God’s Word, it still requires REPENTANCE OF THE SINNER AND WALKING UPRIGHTLY FOR THE REDEEMED.

THEREFORE, LET US WORK DILIGENTLY AT PLUNDERING HELL AND POPULATING HEAVEN.



A Diagnosis: SIN SICK!

I’VE BEEN RECEIVING MANY WORDS of the Lord (prophecies) from all over this country. I read them carefully since the Spirit has been giving us prophecies, telling us about His soon coming judgments. This started way back in the 1970’s.

What the Spirit has spoken to us and what these current Words are saying all point to His Wrath, Fury, and Indignation that will be poured out upon the sons of men worldwide. We’ve seen much in the past but I’ll assure you the WORST is yet to come.

Since we live in America, the Spirit has told us much in regards of what He is going to do to this “sin-sick” nation.

While it may be the besetting tendency of every age to see itself storm-tossed and churning with all kinds of subversive forces, nothing will compare to God's furious Wrath when unleashed.



Severe Chastisement Approaches

THIS MAY INDEED be scoffed at, and it is, but I assure you God is fed up with men’s pride and rebellion. Both national and religious leaders here in America (in the world in general) have grown arrogant, proud, rebellious, and very distant from God and His Word. As in the days of ancient Israel, so now; “But the Levites who went far away from Me (God), when Israel went astray, who went astray from Me after their idols, they shall bear [the punishment for] their iniquity and guilt” — Ezek. 44:10 (read vv. 6-8 also).

Just as Israel “abandoned your (God's) Commandments, which you gave through your servants the prophets” (Ezra 9:10-11), so has America abandoned His Commandments, replacing them with Political Correctness that does not condemn men in their sins.



Spoiled Fractious Children

ARE WE NOT rather fractious (unruly and cross) children in the market place of life- rebellious, contrary, difficult, with mingled puerility (childishness) and precociousness (premature development, pertly forward)?

It would do Americans good to cast a shoulder-glance back to the days of Israel: “Thus saith the Lord GOD; An evil, and only evil, behold, is come. An end is come, the end is come: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come. The morning is come unto thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: the time is come, the day of trouble is near, and not the sounding again of the mountains. Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense thee for all thine abominations.”

“Behold the day, behold, it is come: the morning is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded. Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of theirs: neither shall there be wailing for them. The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof” (Ezek. 7:5-8, 10-12).

Gloss it over if you will, be priggish all you want, you’ll see what I’m writing about sooner or later.

This “sin-sickness” spares no one. Its force is tremendous, tragic, even the Church’s citadels have been and are being crashed down….sin is crawling slowly but surely and irresistibly into every nook and cranny of American life. No one is safe!



This Is Non-Fiction!

AMERICANS HAVE HID themselves in fiction so long we consider His judgments as just another scary end time movie, enjoyed with pizza and beer. But this is no Steven Spielberg movie of a fatal infirmity of contracted minds, of terror-stricken neurosis, in whose friends turn out to be foes and the battle is lost thru fright.



Heaven and Earth QUAKE! (Joel 3:16)

THERE IS NO DOUBT in my mind WHY there are so many earthquakes and terrible heavenly quakings/shakings (tornados, hurricanes etc.), it is because God is trying to shake men in order to awaken their consciences, shake them out of their delusional mind-sets, to wake them from the sleep of death. But if these quakings/shakings aren't enough, then expect terrible catastrophes.

As the earth opens, trembles, shakes, quakes, these are signs that men’s hearts have grown hard (like the earth) and obstinate. As volcanoes erupt, again God wants men’s hearts to open up and allow praise and love for Him to flow once again. Men’s hearts have become hardened, frozen (—could “global warming” be a sign that God wants hearts to melt like icebergs?). As molten lava flows freely, should we not allow our love to flow freely? But Jesus said of the Laodicean Church, “you are neither cold or hot” — Rev. 3:15. And what of fires, are they not signs that we should burn again with love and zeal for our Savior?

And though the heart of this age has grown cold, inarticulate; it complains, questions, hopes, conjectures, desires, objects, sighs and sorrows; but rarely does a cry “I want all of God!” rise from its depths.

I meet dozens and dozens of both “Christian” and non-Christian that say “I don’t know what to believe or do”. This is the soul’s perplexity. And yet, too many souls flutters on an aimless wing, seeks strange (queer!) alliances, curious nestlings.

Sin makes men mad! It nibbles at one’s conscience. Nothing is more conducive to sin-sickness than man’s preoccupation with sin itself.



Jesus Has the Right

MANY CHRISTIANS complain when He judges. They think He isn’t showing love. Isn’t this arrogance? They have become Jesus’ counselor. I’ve got news for all you liberals, He has ALL the right in the world to judge the world, anytime, any way, since He IS KING and LORD over ALL NATIONS! And it is about time both the Christian Church and the world recognized His Divine King/Lordship.



Change Your Ways!

WE FIND THIS WARNING call in both Testaments….the call to CHANGE! (read Joel 2:11-14 for a good example). Have we soon forgot about God's terrible judgment, the flood? [Gen. 6:5-7, 11-13.] “WATER”! And then we have “FIRE” (Gen. 19:24) being rained down upon those sodomite/homosexual centers. Consider Numbers 16:30 where the earth opened up and swallowed the Israelite rebels, Korah and gang. Certainly we can’t miss the terrible plagues God brought upon Egypt (Ex. 6:6; 12:12); God even smote Israel’s enemies (when Israel was right with Him) in Ezekiel 25:11, 28:22 and dozens of other places; And where He uses the Babylonians/Assyrians/Romans to be a weapon against His very own people—look up those accounts.



Warning Before Destruction

GOD ALWAYS GIVES AMPLE warning before He strikes. We’ve been warning America for over 30 years now- His terrible wrath will be released in fury soon upon this sin-sick, sin-loving nation.

Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Isaiah and many lesser prophets warned God's people, and pagan nations as well, of God's impending judgments. The accurate accounts are there to read for yourselves.

Will America receive an Ezekiel 23:46-48 judgment? Israel received what was coming to them. This is history (Ezek. 9:4-8). I don’t think the Jews will ever forget 70 A.D. (Lk. 21:5, 6; 20-24), nor will they forget what Hitler did to them.



Sin’s Cure

YOU DON’T REALIZE it but His chastisements is His LOVE!....to drive out the devils that cause the sin diseases. He hopes to deliver His people and bring them into repentance and obedience.

The nations of the earth are His regardless if they refuse to be His. Regardless if nations and men want to serve and obey their God and want to serve their gods. Nevertheless, He still pleads for their repentance. His love calls, His Spirit draws. Most don’t even understand what I say here. He reproves and chastises both the good and evil; the good for their growth in Him; the evil for their destruction if they refuse to repent. This is how He has always worked (read Rev. 3:19 and Heb. 12:5-13 to start with).



DEMONS = DEGRADATION / DEGENERACY!

DEMONS HAVE SENT multitudes and multitudes to their final destination: HELL FIRE! They have sent the best minds, the bravest hearts into the slums of degradation and degeneracy….minds and hearts that once loved and obeyed their Lord, but allowing a little sin here and there took them on a full course of SINNING! Therefore they have grown calloused and brutish.

Americans are who I’m describing. They eat from the devil’s trough every day, refusing the Bible’s bread of life! Vulgarity and heartlessness, course selfishness and unveiled sensuality resulting.

BASTARDS! BASTARDS! (Heb. 12:5-13)….won’t take God's correction. These are a menace to a healthy society. The rebels who make up the Emergent Church have become point men/women in the War against God's standards, ethics, morality etc. their demonic stupefaction and demoralization is a stench in God's nostrils….and this nation who ONCE recognized the Holy One now have an aversion, a repulsion to what is good, holy and pure.

Men everywhere are feeling “pink”, they’re catching the “sin-sickness”. They feel the hollowness of soul, the contradictions, the spiritual bankruptcy of America’s sleek and well-to-do culture. So, God warns then punishes. He allows mankind to experience the consequences of sin.

The LORD’S terrible judgments are not for total destruction but for re-construction; to get men to repent and CHANGE their doings.



“We Want to Be FREE!”

SO SAY MOST. While I realize that we are free-will agents, we also were created to serve and obey God. These two things, service and obedience, are all but gone from today's Church. Now the Church tells God how and when they will serve and obey Him. Is not this arrogance and pride? If the Church has grown UGLY and DESPITEFUL, and it has, where does this leave the non-Christians? In greater darkness! First Timothy 2:4 tells us that God/Jesus “will have ALL men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”

The Church has divided God's will into His “permissive” and “perfect” will. (see Matt. 7:21; Lk. 7:30; 13:34; Jn. 7:17; Acts 7:51). His perfect will does desire ALL men to be saved, not willing that ANY should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance (see 2 Peter 3:9). This of course reflects His heart’s desire, not necessarily what He permits.

His “permissive” will reflects what He allows or permits, not what He desires of a people. You see, we can CHOOSE to remain FREE (lost!) and God permits it. This is not to say that He does not try to bring men/nations unto repentance/salvation; hence judgments.



“Freedom” Is Killing Us!

WHILE MEN/WOMEN cry out for “their” freedoms, these same freedoms are killing us….free to sin at will, unrestrained. Hello America! Most troubles and sorrows that befall men is the direct result of their freedoms, or as the Bible says, we reap what we sow.

Slowly but surely we are learning that rejected Biblical truth causes all kinds of guilt, sorrow, all kinds of cruelty to body and soul….the demonization upon a civilization which patronizes Christianity. Men/women of this sick and sinful generation have buried themselves beneath a melee of fictitious and vicious values. And though incurable neurosis gives a crude and rasping touch to America’s revolution [against God], yet these rebels see this as NOBLE and worthwhile. This is sickness!

Few today voice their opinion (or speak God's Word), make complaint of the decay, the rot, the “pink” stink! The pitiful smallness of spiritual hunger is nothing short of insanity.



Matter-of-Fact

IN SHARP CONTRAST to the backslid and DAMNED contemporary Church comes the clarion call to REBEL LIKE HELL! from the anti-Christs. The “sin-sick” Church, dying of spiritual AIDS/STDS shudder in bewilderment and helplessness of soul before the evil forces of nature and of man. They are petrified to call nature’s upheavals as judgment. Poor sick souls! The Bible is full of such things. Read it.



We Are ALL Guilty!

ALL! ACCORDING TO ISAIAH 53:5-6. Since Jesus was WOUNDED, BRUISED, WHIPPED and MURDERED! for our transgressions, our iniquities, He should now have the right to judge both sin and sinners.



The BIG Picture

SECOND PETER SPEAKS of “the destruction of sinners” and the “earth for fire” (3:5-7). Only the truly spiritual man and woman, who sees behind the outer ostentatiousness of our America’s culture sees that it is sick-unto-death. They see boasting, striving, unlimited ambition and vanity which we characterize of this nation’s people.

Running to and fro, always pressing and pushing for the BIGGER, the BEST, the MOST…..feverishly exercising their constitutional rights and privileges all for what? DAMNATION by FIRE!!

Always showing off our stuff, America (Church included) has become a huge burlesque show. “Stuff-and-things”- intoxicated!!....most potently fructifying but rotten.



What Must I Do to Be Saved?...

IS A WHISPER, a mere whisper on the lips of a precious FEW. You had better raise your voice America, a most FEARFUL PUNISHMENT is close at hand. When judgment strikes it will be too late for many for they will descend into hell’s flames eternally!

Perhaps the most salient feature in the present thought-scape is the conviction that “it won’t happen to me!”. While evil men make gallant efforts to protect themselves from the “Bully God”, their efforts are in vain. Either we become love-slaves in the service of our Lord Jesus, or we will be delivered ones to be ruled by the despotism of men.



Church Swashbucklers

OH, THEY ARE OUT there- on the “cutting edge”, tattooed, pierced, rebellious, unkept and unclean, rocking and rolling, rapping and clapping….they are the new generation who trash everything that is sacred and holy….exalting their fractious behavior, licking up the droppings from demons, these spiritual giants (dwarfs in reality!) pride themselves on their potencies and capacities.

Well, we’ll see eventually who is of God and who isn’t.

As for me and my house, we’ll serve the Lord….in fear and in obedience. Why not do the same?


Coup de Grâce

“SPEAK TENDERLY to Jerusalem, and cry to her that her warfare is ended, that her iniquity is pardoned, that she has received from the LORD’S hand DOUBLE FOR ALL HER SINS”—Isaiah 40:2 (RSV).

THE BACKGROUND OF CHAPTER 40 is that of the end of the Babylonian nation and the beginning of the Persian period- a turning point in history; along with this come the release of God's people from captivity.

For those of you who are not familiar with all this read up on WHY God sent the people of Jerusalem into captivity, having their land, its people and their temple overrun by their enemies.

Jeremiah is a good book to research, for it contains an unusually full account of the prophecies and actions of the prophet during the time of the Babylonian invasion:

34:1-7 = Jeremiah warns king Zedekiah (their last king) that Yahweh will give Jerusalem into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar, 589 B.C., before the siege began.

37:1-10 = During an interval when the Babylonians lifted the siege of Jerusalem, upon the approach of an Egyptian army (588 B.C.?), Zedekiah sent a deputation to Jeremiah requesting prayer for the city. The Prophet sent word that the Babylonians would return to the city and capture it.

34:8-22 = After the siege of Jerusalem began, Zedekiah issued a royal proclamation that Hebrew slaves be set free, but later recalled it when the siege was lifted.

37:11-15 = Jeremiah arrested after he set out from Jerusalem to go to Benjamin, and was charged with deserting to the enemy, put in prison until the fall of that city.

37:16-21 = the King brings the Prophet to him secretly to inquire if there was a Word from the LORD.

32:1-15 = While in prison, after the return of the Babylonian Army, Jeremiah purchased a field in Anathoth from Hanameel, to redeem it for the family.

38:1-13 = Jeremiah continues to advise the people to surrender to the Babylonians, because God sent this pagan army as the PUNISHMENT for their sins.

38:14-28 = Zedekiah requests a second interview with Jeremiah, again the prophet pleads with the king to surrender, for this was God's will.

39:1 - 40:6 = Jerusalem falls, Jeremiah was taken from prison and entrusted to Gedaliah, the new Governor of the province of Judah.



Take Heed, America!

MANY COMPARES NEW AMERICA TO OLD ISRAEL. If so, then we might expect judgment like that of Jerusalem (and the land of Judah, plus the fall of the 10 northern tribes before Jerusalem fell).



What Sins?

THE FOLLOWING QUOTATIONS will give examples of Jeremiah’s thoughts on this matter: 4:14 = “O Jerusalem, wash your heart from wickedness, that you may be saved. How long shall your evil thoughts lodge within you?”

5:23 = “But this people has a stubborn and rebellious heart; they have turned aside and gone away”.

17:1 = “The sins of Judah is written with a pen of iron; with a point of diamond it is engraved on the tablet of their heart”.

17:9 = “the heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately weak (wicked); who can understand it?”

Jeremiah frequently uses a phrase to describe the source of sin: “The stubbornness of the (evil) heart” (Hebrew sheriruth hallebh [hara] mistakenly translated in this KJV as “imagination of the heart” (see 7:24; 13:10; 23:17, etc.).

In 2:10-11 Jeremiah contrasts Israel’s forsaking her God with the practice of pagan nations in remaining loyal to their deities, gods/ goddesses.

In 5:22-23; 8:7 and 18:13-16 he contrasts the sinfulness of Israel with the obedience of birds, animals, and forces of nature (law of nature).

The remedy for their SIN is REPENTANCE, resulting in a life of OBEDIENCE. The Hebrew word most often used by Jeremiah Is shubh, usually translated “return” or “turn” in English versions (see 3:12-14; 4:1-4; 18:11; 31:18-19). John the Baptist spoke to Israel “bear fruit that benefits repentance” - Matt. 3:8.



Famous Passage

13:23 = “Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard his spots? Then also can you do good who are accustomed to do evil?”

This passage compares Israel’s chances of learning to “do good” with the possibility of an Ethoipian’s changing his (black) skin or of a leopard’s changing his spots, expresses Jeremiah’s pessimism.

Personally, as it stands now, I feel the same way concerning America- I don’t think she will or can change her sinful ways and I include most professors of faith!

Of course my pessimism is not based upon lack of faith in my God's ability to forgive; it is based rather on my knowledge of the force of sinful habit and custom (of rebelling)….it is America that is accustomed to do evil who find it nearly impossible for her to fully repent, learn to obey God's Word. In other words, Americans have rebelled so long and so hard they have become “skilled in doing evil” (4:22).

Notice how 4:22a words it: “For my people (not the pagans!) are foolish, they know me not….” Even after Jeremiah writes, “Destruction upon destruction is cried; the whole land is spoiled….” Hey, America, how long have the prophets of God cried unto you that destruction is coming? I know we have not failed to warn this nation of God's impending judgments, yet to no avail. Even this writing, which is another warning, will be despised, thrown in the garbage as “false”, yet all the while, America’s tents (v. 20b) are being spoiled.

Jeremiah asked, “How long shall I see the standard, and hear the sound of the trumpet?” (V 21)….as the invading army calls its troops, Israel’s foes, in wave after wave upon the city. Jeremiah is in anguish (V. 19) as he foresees the oncoming disaster. The tents are the tents of the defenders stationed for battle as well as those in the temporary dwellings within the walls thru which the breaches are made.

Not only were Israel’s tents spoiled, but Jeremiah’s tabernacle (his heart) is spoiled (10:19, 20).



Haven’t You Noticed?

TWO GREAT EVIL FORCES have now entered America- haters of God, and His people: The Islamic and Homosexual invasion is now in progress as I write….with One World Order Socialists behind it all. These forces of evil are first that, EVIL! They all hate Christianity, just as the Babylonians hated Israel….yet it was God who raised up the king of Babylon for war, the LORD even calling Nebuchadrezzar His servant, why? Because Israel would not serve God out of obedience, so God called Nebuchadrezzar for the sole purpose of divine retribution upon Israel- Nebuchadrezzar obeyed the call of God, Israel received a 70- year punishment.



To the Heart of the Matter

“...for she (Judah) hath received of the LORD’S hand double for all her sins”—Isa. 40:2

All this debt is now paid in full by Israel, but why? Double? “Double for all her sins” is characteristic Oriental exaggeration. God's punishment of His people Judah has been, or seems to have been, greater than she deserved.

The Covenant Code (Ex. 23:7-8) states where the thief is required to make two-fold restitution for what was stolen. Reuben Levy says, “The thought here would then be that Israel (speaking of the 2 tribes of the south, Benjamin and Judah) has paid in full the statutory penalty for her delinquency” (London: Oxford Univ. Press, 1925, p. 114).

We can find this same principle in the Qu’ran (see 7:36; 33:68; 34:36).

This does not mean that God's people have overpaid for their iniquities.



Pardon

PARDON IS ALWAYS AN ACT of God's grace. Both the discipline and the vicarious sufferings of the righteous are of His appointment. His loving heart goes out to sinners- this is why we make known His Word/ Way to the sinners, in order that they will “turn” unto Him and be saved.

Discipline, a most HATED word, both by the “Christian” and non-Christian. Try telling a sinning Churchite that God frowns upon his/ her activities—get ready for a rebuke!

The Lord’s/ LORD’S discipline serves to produce penitence. Did you know this is where the word penitentiary comes from, to “convert” the “convict”?

God's forgiveness is part of His righteousness. He is “a righteous God and a Savior” (Isaiah 45:21, cf. also with vv. 15b, 17 and 20.)



History Proves It

GOD'S REDEMPTIVE ADVENTS take place in history. Our Holy and Sacred Scriptures look on all events as under His providential control. Some consider God and Jesus of the Bible as just two of many gods. But He is much more than this. The Bible declares Him and His Son to be: Omniscient (Jn. 16:30), Omnipresent (Matt. 28:20), Omnipotent (Matt. 28:18), Eternal (Jn. 1:1), and Immutable (Heb. 13:8).

Not only all the above attributes but Alpha and Omega, LORD/Lord, Savior, King, Judge, Light, Rock, Redeemer, Shepherd, Creator, giver of life, forgiver of sin, and speaker(s) with divine authority. Tell me, what other god or goddess has such attributes and titles? NONE!!



Coup de Grâce

IN HIS ESSAY ON Montaigne, Sainte-Beuve complains that this semi-pagan “had no room in his system for the divine, which is the foundation of genuine Christianity” (see Causeries du Lundi (Paris: Garnier Freres, n.d.). But the God of Christianity, the God of the Holy Bible oversees all things; when judgment/ discipline is needed, He intervenes in the affairs of the world. So, dear Americans, look for His judgments to be stepped up. This is not to say that all Americans are equally guilty, but because of His love He brings judgment upon both sin and the sinner. No amount of politicking or phony repentance (in church rallies) will avert His correction/punishment. But even this is meant to correct the guilty.



Israel’s Sufferings

HER SUFFERINGS (in Babylon for 70 years) were accounted for, “her iniquity is pardoned”. The END had come at last, followed by the announcement of expiation of the guilty. The verb “pardoned” may be rendered, literally., “is made acceptable” or “has been accepted”. It occurs in Lev. 26:41, 43 in the sense of paying off a debt incurred by the guilt: “accept the punishment of their iniquity” (ASV). The Jewish Targum reads: “her debts shall be forgiven her”. The Greek reflects the same idea of remission of sins.

Thus, the new age opens with forgiveness of sins- something America has yet to experience, (see Isa. 43:25; 44:22; 48:9).



Warfare Is Ended (v. 2)

A MUCH BETTER rendering would be “time of service.” The meaning of the verb is, literally, “filled” (see Mark 1:15; Gal. 4:4; Eph. 1:10 in the Gk.). Thus, the figure is military (see Job. 7:1; 14:14). The exile/ imprisonment was like a soldier’s time of military service. The decisive moment had come, The END of the Babylonian age has arrived, the Persian age is dawning.

Can this happen to America, I mean her END of power? Most assuredly! Not only did God use Babylon as a “weapon” against Israel, imprison her, but God now turns upon Babylon and punishes her and sets Israel free (this happened under the Persians).



In Conclusion

MY ADVICE TO AMERICA IS REPENT! If you do not, your judgments will only increase. God is ready, willing and able to forgive, but you, dear Americans, YOU MUST BE SINCERE IN YOUR REPENTANCE.

Again, my personal conviction is that she will NOT REPENT, therefore this nation will fall into the hands of evil forces as a whip upon her back. History proves this out….America is overdue for discipline….and I’m afraid it will be severe, too.

Comes”

“I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” — Luke 18:8, KJV.



SOME YEARS AGO there was a “prophet” who prophesied that ALL evil would be taken out of the earth! This man was invited on all the BIG TIME “Christian” TV shows and radio shows to “tell this to the world.” I, for one, called him FALSE! I stated that when the date for this to happen would come, his (false) prophecy would be proven false—that day came and went...and evil is still here.

Believe it or not, there was a certain “End Time maiden” from Arkansas who promoted this man with all sincerity (and even claimed he was a true prophet!), and after the “all evil be gone” date came and nothing happened, she STILL told her people and wrote in her newsletter that “all evil” indeed DID DISAPPEAR! I wrote her before this date expired and warned her that the Bible nowhere states such a thing will happen (before the re-Creation of the new heavens and earth). She just went ahead and kept promoting this silly notion. And as I said, after that date came and went, she still refused to admit failure. Friends, this silly stuff is still going on today.

Currently we are awaiting May 21, 2011 for the “rapture” to take place, as prophesied by a Christian man from Oakland, CA. I have a tract based on his teachings which declares, “Judgment Day! May 21, 2011—The End of the World, Oct. 21, 2011.” I have video footage of one of the numerous buses traveling America that has this same thing written on it (one particular group out of Pennsylvania, who uses Camping’s materials, has advanced this traveling-around-bus thing).

Well, this will make the 4th time that Harold Camping has falsely prophesied the “rapture / End of the World.” The tract I have states, “These dates can be trusted entirely because they came right out of your Bible.” The author of this tract, E Bible Fellowship, PA, states that they “have no affiliation with Family Radio (Oakland, CA — Harold Camping’s outfit)”; they simply use Camping’s book, “We Are Almost There!”, for their reference and date for the “rapture / End of the World.”

Well, I’ll state it once more: THERE IS NOT GOING TO BE A PRE-TRIBULATION RAPTURE TAKING PLACE IN MAY OR AT ANY OTHER DATE. What they construe as the “rapture” is really the “resurrection / translation.” No one knows this date. But this writing is not about a “rapture” or about a “Great Tribulation” that follows, but about when Jesus DOES come back the “second time.”



Find Faith?

THIS IS scary folks. Luke records Jesus’ Words: “Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, SHALL HE FIND FAITH ON THE EARTH?” (Lk 18:8b).

Back up a second. If “all evil” has been taken out of the earth, what is all this stuff all about us? Moral evil, even unbelief is SIN! And giving in to sin takes us out of our Christian faith. Just what did Jesus mean in the above verse?

Jesus’ question in verse 8 indicates that as the time for His Final Return draws near (NO DATE GIVEN), evil will become so dominant that many in the “Church” will FALL AWAY from genuine Biblical faith (see Matt 24:11-13, 24; 1 Tim 4:1; et al.).

And we are also told that the Gospel must be preached unto all the world before He comes again. Friends, we live in a time when many have still not heard the (true) Gospel—they have been told of “Churchianity,” not genuine “Christianity.”

To what extent will the Gospel of Jesus Christ (not our pet denominations or organizations!) spread? We have no promise from God on this point. Our Lord does assure us that His Gospel will be preached throughout the earth in testimoniumillis, as a witness to the earth. But He gives us no assurance that this will result in the conversion of the whole world, as some teach today (especially backslid / recreant people like “Rev.” Rob Bell, “Rev.” Brian McLaren, and others of the Emergent Church Movement, e.g., those under Universalism).



Evil Will Persist!

ONE THING we can all count on, EVIL AND SIN WILL PERSIST THROUGHOUT ETERNITY: it will persist till Jesus, the Righteous Judge takes His True Ones into His Heavenly abode FOREVER; it will exist in HELLFIRE FOREVER, for those there carry evil/sin with them. And don’t you believe for a moment that HELL’S FIRE will be extinguished and the unrepentant/lost sinners will finally be annihilated. This is another FALSE TEACHING from the liberal, backslid, recreant, apostate, professed “Church.” I have many FREE audio/visual/printed materials on this subject of an ETERNAL HELL.

Make no mistake, there will be evil spirits and damned souls who will be separated from God’s eternal blessing FOREVER.

Punishment, an evil which becomes in some measure a good by restoring the balance of justice, remains “evil” in itself. When the LORD declared, “I form the light, and create darkness; I make peace, and CREATE EVIL: I the LORD do all these things” (Isa 45:7), He wasn’t referring to moral evil, but physical evil (look up the Hebrew word ra for a complete definition).

Physical evil (ra) can be good; it can, if endured for God’s sake, save us from other sins, for punishment is designed by God “for man’s redemption or rescue from sin’s domination.”

In the BIG picture, the central point of N.T. teaching on the subject of “evil” is obviously the redemption of the world by the suffering and death of Christ, who took our sins (moral evils) upon Himself (see 1 Cor 6:20; 7:23; 1 Tim 2:5-6; Titus 2:13-14; Heb 9:12; 1 Pet 1:18-19; Rev 5:9; Jn 1:29; et al.).



“Faith on Earth?”

THIS IS the question. Looking at the present generation (some believe it to be the LAST!), one can really identify with Jesus’ question (Lk 18:8b). At the horrid height of worldliness, wars, unbridled sex, love of ungodliness, etc., we feel like a “beleaguered garrison (of Christian soldiers) in a very HOSTILE land” rather than a conquering army of the Lord Jesus. I hear of fellow Christians surrendering to the enemy every day. I hear of numerous AWOLS. I see the so-called “Church” compromising the little remaining genuine faith for the world’s favor. The backsliding is maddening, yet very real in this generation.

But faith, dear one, is ESSENTIAL for our survival: lose it and we’re LOST!!



Enemy At Work

THERE IS no doubt that the American Church is losing much of its Biblical faith. Oh, “religious motion” is still there, but true heart faith is slowly but surely slipping away. “Refusing evil and choosing good has been replaced with refusing good and choosing evil.” God’s laws and standards are looked upon as a burden, not something to take seriously in this generation.



Road Signs

ANY MAN, group of men or nation who destroys most or all road signs would be counted as crazy, but this is what is transpiring right before our very red-white-and-blue faces! God gives the Christian plenty of road signs in order to make it to Heaven, safe and sound...but in today’s mindset that matters not—American “Christians” will get there THEIR WAY!! Every law that is beneficial for one’s well being is being expunged.



Speed Limit

MEN ARE RUSHING headlong into HELL (the very FIERY ABYSS that most church-folk have now dismissed as a “fluke”), avoiding all speed limits, embracing all dangers; while the Gospel of Christ is traveling at a snail’s pace, for (should-be) Gospel workers are just “too busy” to count this Commission (Matt 28) seriously. But, really, speed is no real test either way. “It is better a man inch along—but go in Jesus’ name—than go Hell-bent on a jet plane!” If a man does stand fast (sure), though he may seem to be a lone voice crying in the wilderness, it’s better than losing one’s faith and becoming an Emergent Church misotheist (God-hater).

Jesus is coming someday. The question is not if the Son of Man comes, but when He comes.

When one loses his/her faith in their Savior, they have lost their salvation. Personal apostasy = PERSONAL DAMNATION.



God’s Judgments

AS GOD is pouring out His wrath, fury, and indignation worldwide, many are losing their faith—they just can’t believe that a “loving God” would do such things. Well sweetie, you had better believe it, for He IS doing such things. Evil men, sinful men, have provoked this “loving God” to punish the world. The problem lies not with God, but with us; most have been wrongly taught about a “non-judgmental” God who winks at men’s sins (such a God does not exist). Better re-read your Bible...and QUICK! This misconception is the main reason why “Christians” are losing their faith. It’s real sad that so many have been taught the “puppy-love Jesus” stuff, for in the days of apostasy, every believer needs Divine protection. If you are out from under His protective hand, you can very well suffer at the hands of His wrath.

As evil religious men go about, trying to prove that God’s Word is full of inaccuracies, a mass of myths and fairytales, we are to hold fast our profession of faith. These demons-in-human-bodies say what they say in order to justify their PET SINS!



N.T. Faith

THE NEW Testament conception of faith includes: 1) “a fully convinced acknowledgement of the revelation of grace”; 2) “a self-surrendering fellowship (adhesion) unto God”; and 3) “a fully assured and unswerving salvation in Christ.” Biblical faith sometimes refers to an acknowledgement that a certain statement is true (Mt 21:25), and sometimes to a definite commitment of one’s soul into the keeping of Another (Jn 5:24). In Acts 8:13, 26:27, and James 2:19, faith refers merely to an intellectual assent to certain facts; in Acts 15:11, to a dogmatic belief that “such and such” is the case (believe—faith—faithfulness).



Tickled “Pink”!

EMERGENT CHURCHITE Phyllis Tickle, author and speaker (a feisty APOSTATE in her senior years), wrote in her ridiculous book, The Great Emergence, “...uncertainty became the only fact that could be accepted as fact, not only in the popular mind, but also in large segments of the academic mind as well...Enter the warriors, both human and inanimate, who will HACK the already wounded body of sola scriptura into BURIABLE PIECES!”

This “warrior” is good at her word—she helps in HACKING God’s HOLY BIBLE to pieces with all her evil, criminal, iconoclastic might.



“HACKING GRACE to PIECES”

TICKLE, MCLAREN, Bill, Tufty, Sweet, Young, and dozens of other authors, speakers, etc., all attack sola gratia—salvation by God’s GRACE ALONE. This Biblical word (“grace”) is missing from Emergent writings, which claim to be very much “Christian.” If this word is ever mentioned at all, it is never in a Biblical context—it is not as the basis of salvation from SIN thru Jesus Christ the Lord; in the Emergent lexicon, “GRACE” means “inclusiveness.” WOW! What a revelation! Just what do they mean? They mean that God is “SAVING” society and the environment “thru the moral example of Christ.”

Samir Selmanovic wrote in The Emergent Manifesto of Hope a chapter called “The Sweet Problem of Inclusiveness,” saying that “Whatever the meaning of ‘salvation’ and ‘judgment,’ we Christians are going to be saved by grace, like everyone else, and judged by our works, like everyone else.” In other words, “GRACE” is “all inclusive”: i.e., ALL will be “saved” (Universalism). NOWHERE DO WE FIND THIS CONCEPT IN OUR BIBLE. I’ve already wrote a long critique on THEIR pet, and false, “proof text” that supposedly supports the idea that ALL will eventually be saved.

McLaren agrees with Selmanovic and has DECLARED WAR ON THE BIBLE...to REDEFINE and DECONSTRUCT much of it. HA! Go ahead, FOOL!—see where you end up!

These boastful and prideful fools actually believe Jesus to be the misinformed authority figure of the N.T.



“HACKING FAITH to PIECES”

SOLA FIDE is salvation by FAITH ALONE, apart from works. The EC-ers hate this. Dr. Paul M. Elliott cites Emergent Churchite Randy Woodley, one of the contributors to An Emergent Manifesto of Hope, who tells us what “faith” is. Under “Restoring Honor in the Land: Why the Emerging Church Can’t Dodge the Issue” (p. 299), Woodley quotes liberal Theologian Walter Brueggemann as saying that “land is central, if not the central theme of Biblical faith” (the EC-ers speak of “land” in reference to environmental issues and works). Really? We are all waiting to know HOW these LAND WORSHIPING folks will work out Biblical faith. Through the “salvation” of Indian lands “stolen” by the “white-eyes”?

What we have here is Biblical faith being “worked out” apart from the work of the Lord Jesus. Tell us, Emergent Churchites: Just where do we find the N.T. telling us that faith consists in fixing up or repairing this SIN-CURSED earth? The worship of environmentalism is pure NEW AGE GARBAGE. Not that we shouldn’t take care of God’s wonderful earth; but human souls—something the EC-ites couldn’t care less about—are what Jesus suffered, died and arose from the dead to rescue, not the earth. I would love to see these dreamers repair this sin-cursed earth. If men did not sin on the earth, the earth would and could heal itself.

Matthew 28:19 and 20 is the Christian’s Marching Orders: Go into ALL the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and WIN SOULS for His Heavenly Kingdom—not try to rearrange the fallen kingdoms of men on earth—how stupid indeed! Well, these EC-ites aren’t so bright anyways.



“HACKING CHRIST to PIECES”

WHAT OF solus Christus, salvation through JESUS CHRIST ALONE? Well, I warn you, get ready for some vile, foul, blasphemous BULL being said about our Savior.

McLaren, in his blasphemous A Generous Orthodoxy, devotes several chapters to this subject.

McLaren does not believe Jesus is God (I have a long series just on this subject of Christ’s Divinity). He uses Biblical words (at least some!), even Bible quotations to describe Christ (e.g., “the image of the invisible God”; “the image of God”; Jesus is the “Son of glory”; etc.), BUT Brian’s definitions of these terms are not the Bible’s. Don’t be fooled, my friend: these EC-ites have very little good to say about the One who died for them. One thing is sure: they refuse to say, “Jesus is God.”

They also hate the maleness of God; they tell us that “God is not a male.” McLaren explains: “The masculine Biblical imagery of ‘Father’ and ‘Son’ also contributes to the patriarchalism or chauvinism that has too often characterized Christianity...‘Son of God’ is not intended to reduce or masculinize God...” (A Generous Orthodoxy, pp. 83-84).

These male wimps hide behind the skirts (well, pants!) of the feminists. They cower behind people like Virginia R. Mollenkott, a lesbian Christian (oxymoronic!) who helped in the translation of the Inclusive Language Lectionary (ILL), produced by the National Council of Churches (PUKE!). ILL is their holy book that addresses God in feminine terms. One might want to look up the New Age group called the Cosmic Study Center that advocates the portrayal of a non-sexist deity (changing “God the Father” to “God the Mother and Father”).

Super lesbian Mollenkott served on the misdirected committee to make the ILL, and was its editor. She was also a consultant for the NIV translating committee.

Mollenkott holds workshops called “Gay, Lesbian and Christian.” She writes and speaks of her SPIRIT GUIDE (not the Holy Spirit!) and her contact with the dead (a practice strictly FORBIDDEN by Scripture!). She also plays with I Ching and Tarot cards (WITCHCRAFT!).

So, we can see that the EC-ites pander to sex perverts and perversions. In Mollenkott’s book, Is The Homosexual My Neighbor? (a question which I answered in an article called by the same name), Mollenkott talks about her lesbianism and monistic beliefs in a FEMALE GOD. And to make one SICKER, that book received favorable reviews in (Billy Graham’s magazine) Christianity Today.



Mocking What Christ Has Done

AFTER I finish this article, one can see what it means to love one’s faith in God / the Son / the Holy Ghost / Scripture / etc. Furthermore, when I call the Emergent Churchites “RECREANT,” I do so out of all sincerity—they have LOST their faith, God’s grace, and their ONLY Savior, Jesus Christ.



“Jesus: Savior of What?”

THIS IS how chapter 4 starts out in McLaren’s spiteful, BLASPHEMOUS book. This petulant liberal author mocks those (me!) who claim that “Christ died on the Cross to save individuals’ souls from everlasting damnation.” Paul M. Elliott, in The Trinity Review (No. 293, Copyright 2010, March - April 2010), notes the following:

“McLaren makes it clear that when he uses Biblical terms such as ‘reconciliation’ — ‘evil’ — ‘repent’ — and ‘forgive-ness’ he has nothing like the Bible’s definitions in mind.

By ‘reconciliation’ he means the reconciliation of oppressed social classes and their oppressors, and the reconciliation of those who differ theologically under the umbrella of inclusivism — not the reconciliation of sinful men to the holy God through the blood of Christ.

‘Our evil’ is ‘the oppression of the poor and disadvantaged’ — not the sin nature and the eternal death sentence passed on to the entire race through the Fall of Adam.

The ‘consequences we deserve’ are societal and environmental consequences here on Earth — not eternity in Hell.

‘Repent’ means making society and the physical world a better place — not turning from sin to faith in Christ, or ongoing repentance through the operation of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

‘Forgiveness’ means forgiving each other of our injustices — not being forgiven by God, the One offended in all offenses, based on propitiation of His wrath by the blood of Christ.

These things, not what the Bible actually teaches, are what McLaren and his fellow Emergents claim the Bible means by ‘words like savior, save, and salvation.’”

The kind of faith Luke 18:8 is referring to was not just an assenting faith or belief in God or Jesus (i.e., that they are real), but a genuine faith, a faith that, as the parable says, is a “continual coming” to God (v. 5), pleading your case. When Jesus returns for those who cry/pray unto Him day and night (v. 7), He will put an end to their distress, suffering and persecution received at the hands of a HOSTILE and EVIL world, and He will take them unto Himself (Jn 14:2-3), then administer His final justice and WRATH upon the wicked (1 Thess 5:2, 3, 9).



Persevering Faith

THIS IS what Luke 18:1-8 is all about; not about a head-knowledge, static, inactive faith, but an

ON-FIRE — BURNING — PERSEVERING —

OVERCOMING — VICTORIOUS

kind of faith...“calling on God that justice may be done and His righteous cause triumph completely and forever”—unlike the LIBERAL-BACKSLID-APOSTATE kind of faith that seeks to re-image God the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit, and reinterpret the sacred Scriptures for their selfish ends.



Faith and Evil

SOME, ACTUALLY a growing MANY, want to believe that God and evil are worlds apart. Not so. God uses evil when necessary, as well as good. There is no moral evil in God, but He must deal with it in His creation.

It is therefore of the utmost importance that it should be shown that “the existence of evil is compatible not only with the existence of God, but also with His love for His creatures, which is the central point of our faith” (see 1 Jn 4:16). Chastisements from our loving God are necessary. Punishment will often correct one’s rebellious behavior—this is the reason for it. When one grows unbelieving in God’s (evil) measures to keep us from departing entirely from the faith, one can apostatize.

God’s Word issues urgent warnings concerning the possibility of apostasy, designed both to alert us “to the deadly peril of abandoning our covenant relationship with Christ and to motivate us to persevere in FAITH and OBEDIENCE” (see Heb 3:12). And please don’t give me that ol’ lie, “Once saved, always saved.”



So...?

THE QUESTION is, “Will Jesus find genuine Biblical faith on earth when He returns?” Take a good look at the liberal churches of today—mingling with all kinds of sin and sinners (not to evangelize them, either!); condoning and practicing same-sex marriage being the ultimate!

Growing cold in our faith, drifting slowly away (Heb 2:1-3) and falling away (6:6) are not possible without WILLFUL SINNING against the Holy Spirit (Mt 12:31). At this point, God may use evil to prevent more evil.

The Day of the Lord

and the

WRATH of God

I KNOW THAT WHAT I WRITE HERE erps most “Christians” who have created their very own “love-god” and “love-gospel”—a god who does not get angry, never ever judges (why, to “judge” would be a SIN!); a “gospel” that is Christ-less, or at least puts other religions on the same level as Christianity. The problem with this kind of god is that he is FICTION.

What has been recorded throughout man’s history is that someone, “something,” is behind all the tragedies that have befallen the human race. The kind of god our liberal church-folks have in mind would never, ever allow—let alone DO—what has been recorded. Well then, who or what is behind all this? Satan? If this is so, how come God's people (whom He “can’t live without”!), who are not directly under satanic rule, have suffered and died in the most horrible ways known to man? And what of the non-Christian? Does blaming it all on satan really answer the question well?



The Book

THE BOOK, the Bible, has recorded enough of what I write about, and history/archaeology bear this all out too, that some “Great Force” has not only allowed evil...but has many times SENT evil (see Isa 45:7 — Heb., ra‘ = “evil” = “adversity, affliction, bad, calamity, displease, distress, grief, harass, hurt, mischief, misery, sadness, sore, sorrow, trouble, vexation, wickedness, worse, wretchedness, wrong”).



Are You Ready for the Day of the LORD?

MANY FOLKS in Churchland have to point out Acts 2:16-21, i.e., Joel’s prophecy concerning “that great and notable day of the LORD.” Some see this “Day” as yet future [like after the “rapture” takes place—I have teachings on this fairytale rapture thing (I used to believe in it too!)]. I’m not getting into this here, I only want to point out to you that the expression “last days” and “Day of the Lord” were used by prophets for both their era and the N.T. era.

While Scriptures do speak of a final, end-time “Day of the Lord” (all things will finally come to an end upon this earth before it is destroyed by fire: see 2 Pet 3:10; 1 Thes 5:2), “the expression was commonly applied by the prophets to different times in Biblical history.” The “Day of the LORD/Lord” is connected to His judgments, His wrath (and there are a number of distinctive “wraths” mentioned also—one scholar points out FOUR: Appositional Wrath = God's Wrath against sin itself; Catastrophic Wrath = the kind I have been writing about; the BIG ONE was Noah’s flood; Eschatological Wrath = what we read in Revelation 6-19; and Abandonment Wrath = when God abandons His people, e.g., Samson, the Northern Kingdom, the Southern Kingdom, etc.).



Pagan Kingdoms

EDOM: OBADIAH, v. 15 — “For the Day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head” (read all 21 verses). (Edom was also known as Idumea.)

Isaiah used the phrase “The Day of the LORD’s vengeance” (34:5, 10).

Some folks question the Bible’s language when Scriptures seem contradictory (for an example, read 2 Kgs 18:5 and 2 Kgs 23:25). But realize the Bible has its very own unique language, and it makes use of hyperbolic language, like in Isaiah 13:20 concerning the destruction of Babylon: “It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation...” The overthrow of the Babylonian empire was also called “the day of the LORD” (read Isa 13:1-22 — the very Babylon that God called His “servant” to do His DESTRUCTIVE WORK on HIS VERY OWN PEOPLE, THE ISRAELITES, was the very same “servant” that He later had destroyed by another pagan army), yet we know that Babylon has been inhabited for centuries now. Was God lying? NO! He used hyperbolic language to make a strong point.

It’s just like Edom that was overthrown by the Chaldeans and finally by the Jews. Now the Idumeans, as a nation, are totally extinct, whereas Babylon (Iraq) still exists.

Even when we find the words “utter destruction,” this may mean literally or hyperbolically. My point is that “the day of the LORD” happened then, not in some A.D. futuristic time (like “the Great Tribulation” period).



Egypt

EZEKIEL PROPHESIED judgment upon Egypt (30:2-11) and also upon other pagan nations. “Thus said the LORD God; Howl ye, Woe worth the day! For the day is near, even the day of the LORD is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen. And the sword shall come upon Egypt…” Here we have God sending the Babylonian Nebuchadnezzar to Egypt for judgment.

Jeremiah also prophesied against Egypt for destruction (46:1, 2, 10, 13)—it came to pass—Egypt was overthrown by the Babylonians (who were themselves overthrown by kings of the Medes: see Jer 50:42; 51:11; Daniel the prophet made note of this in Daniel 5:31; 9:1—an example of “the day of the LORD” in ancient times).



Jerusalem

WE ALL know about her—Joel warned of God's wrathful judgment against that city and Judah. Joel 1:15 uses “the day of the LORD is at hand...” The same is found in 2:1. We know that Nebuchadnezzar destroyed the temple (2 Chron 36). Joel 2:2 states that that invasion would be so bad that nothing would be like it “even to the years of many generations.” The prophet Zephaniah (1:4, 7, 14) also warned of this very destruction: “I will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem…the day of the LORD is at hand….the great day of the LORD is near.”

After this invasion by the Babylonians, Jeremiah wrote the following: “The young and old lie on the ground in the streets...Thou (God) hast slain them in the day of thine anger; thou has killed, and not pitied. Thou hast slain them in the day of thine anger...so that in the day of the LORD’s anger none escaped nor remained” (another hyperbolic example).

Friends, that GOD is the same GOD today—Who has EVERY RIGHT TO JUDGE, PUNISH, KILL...and He is ALWAYS justified. I personally don’t care what you think of Him or His ways—He and they are PERFECT—get used to it.

When Joel prophesied (Peter brings this up in Acts 2:16-21) about the “day of the LORD,” he was not referring to Jerusalem some 3,000 years in the future; he meant AD 70.



What About Joel’s Darkened Sun/Moon, Stars Falling?

THESE EVENTS do not have to take place at the end of the world as most believe. What Joel spoke of were terms commonly used by O.T. prophets as figures of speech, like “mountains and hills” representing large kingdoms and smaller kingdoms, “trees” representing kingdoms and nations, etc. Take “And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll; and all their host shall fall down” (Isa 34:4). We KNOW that the literal sun, moon and stars were NOT dissolved (see also Ezek 30:18; 32:28; Isa 13:10; Joel 2:10). In like manner, we know the “dark times” that came upon Edom, Egypt, Jerusalem, and Babylon were all described by expressions regarding the sun, moon and stars being “darkened”; these were speaking of the kingdoms and their kings and princes and so on.



“Blood and Fire and Smoke”

PETER QUOTED Joel’s usage of “blood, fire, and vapor of smoke.” These again were commonly used words to describe WARFARE (see numerous Scriptures where these words are used; Judges 20:40 speaks of fire and smoke). If one reads the works of Josephus, which I have, one will see he repeatedly uses these words (see Jos., Wars 3, 4:1).



Tyre

PROPHET EZEKIEL wrote about Tyre’s judgment (26:14) where he said, “You will be built no more,” yet Tyre was later rebuilt (1 Macc 111:59; 2 Macc 4:18). What do we make of this? Even Jesus ministered there (Mt 15:21-28; Mk 3:8; Lk 6:17). In Acts 21:3 we find Jesus’ Apostles there.

These type of things our critics call contradictions, but they are actually hyperbolic, dramatic and poetic language or “judgment talk.”



Mark 13:20 — Matthew 24:22

“AND EXCEPT those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened” (Matt 24:22). “And except that the Lord has shortened those days, no flesh should be saved...”

Here we have a parallel concerning “no flesh” surviving the future ”Tribulation” or “day of the LORD”; we have two camps here: those who hold to a future “Great Tribulation” period vs. those (like myself) who believe that AD 70 was that “Great Tribulation. I don’t want to get into this argument here (I’ve already taught on this: write for my “Rapture Teachings”), but to follow thru with my point on “the day of the LORD,” we must discern what Jesus meant.

As I write (April, 2011), there is a big “to do” about a “rapture” taking place on May 21, 2011. The guy who predicts this has already failed 3 previous times on his date-settings. Trust me, this DAY—MAY 21, 2011—WILL COME AND GO, NO RAPTURE, only humility pie for him and his followers. See if I’m not correct.

Anyway, back to “all flesh” perishing in the Great Tribulation (“unless the days be shortened”). According to one author/bible scholar, “all flesh” (pasa sarx) must be understood of “Judea and Jerusalem (see Jer 12:12), NOT the whole world as in the Futurist’s “Great Tribulation.”

It should be said here that the Roman siege WAS SHORTENED by various events, like the stopping of the strengthening of the walls by Herod Agrippa with orders from the Emperor; the sudden arrival of General Titus; and the neglect of the Jews to prepare for a long siege.

This usage of “all flesh” parallels Isaiah 66:15-16—note: “the sword falls upon ALL FLESH,” but in reality, “MANY” not “ALL” died by the sword. The “all flesh” here stands for those of the Jewish nation, “the great majority, who have abandoned the LORD to serve pagan idols.”

We find in Acts 2:16-17, as already noted, that Joel’s prophecy spoke of God's Spirit falling upon “all flesh”; we know that the Holy Spirit was not poured out upon the entire human race but only those in attendance on the day of Pentecost. If our future “Great Tribulation” friends would consider all this, they would see that AD 70 WAS the real Great Tribulation that Jesus was referring to, not some universal future event. This is not to say that the world will not have “great tribulations”; we’re seeing that right now.



Divine and Human

GOD'S JUDGMENTS / Punishments consist of both Divine and human means. In the accounts under consideration, especially Jerusalem, even though a human army (Rome) fell upon that city, God decreed it, and thus, GOD DID SHOW FORTH SIGNS OF “BLOOD, FIRE, PILLARS OF SMOKE.” This was WAR!



Our Critics Don’t Understand

GOD'S WORD speaks of both “blessings” and also “cursings” (see Deut 28). What our “God is only love!” folks fail to realize (or don’t want to realize!) is that obedience brings God's favor; disobedience, disfavor (see Micah 7:19-20; Hos 6:1). God will either be our FRIEND or our ENEMY (Isa 63:8-10). And since Christ is both Savior and Redeemer of all those who call upon His name, the ones who do not call upon Him are left in the enemies camp that will be judged.

John 5:22, 26, and 27 tell us that the Father “hath committed ALL judgment unto the Son...authority to EXECUTE JUDGMENT.” So, when we declare all this, don’t get upset. Check out God's Sacred Scriptures and see who is right: us, or you.

Even though Titus did the literal destruction against Judah/Jerusalem, it was the Lord who empowered him and his armies to do it.



My Servants

IF THE LORD can’t get His people to obey, He will use pagans. Jeremiah 43:10-13 is a good place to start reading, where He called Babylon’s king “MY SERVANT.” Read also Ezekiel 30:10-19, 22-25; 32:9-15. These Scriptures speak of what God said HE WOULD DO, yet the actual instruments were PAGAN ARMIES under the command of “MY SERVANT,” NEBUCHADNEZZAR.

The same can be said of nature’s forces, like the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan. God told us 16 years ago (in March) that He was going to lay that proud nation in ruins...and He is NOT FINISHED with Japan yet.



“Slay With the Sword”

—so says EZEKIEL 26:7. “I will send a fire on Tyrus”—so says Amos 1:10. “I will bring distress upon men”—so says Zephaniah 1:17. “Woe unto the inhabitants of the Cherethites”—so says Zephaniah 2:5. “The Word of the LORD is against you; O Canaan, the land of the Philistines, I will even destroy thee, that there shall be no inhabitant”—so says Zephaniah 2:5. God's Word denounces Assyria (Nineveh) and many other pagan nations (see Nahum 1:1-2; 2:13; 3:5-7): Gaza, Ashdod, Ekron, Kirioth (see Amos 1:7-15; 2:2-3); Damascus/Benhadad (Jer 49:27); Samaria (Micah 1:6-7; 5:10-14); and Zidon (Ezek 28:22). The list is LONG, if one dares to count them.

Does God judge? “Yes,” you say, “but that was in the Old Testament days.” Well, dear ones, I don’t think we could count the multitude of judgments GOD HAS WROUGHT SINCE THE BEGINNING OF OUR “NEW TESTAMENT” ERA.



“Nation Against Nation”

EVEN JESUS spoke about this. Notice the words “abhor,” “waste,” “desolation,” “scatter,” and “desolate” in Leviticus 26:30-33. Read about Joel’s army (Joel 2:1-10), an invading army, a great (pagan) people who would be successful in their (GOD'S!) work of DESTRUCTION....“And the LORD shall utter His voice before HIS ARMY” (v. 11). Note verses 12-20 dealing with repentance.



God's Army

YOU MAY want to check out all the following Scriptures where God uses heathen armies as weapons against His very own people (He also uses them against one another): Jer 6:18-23; 34:2, 22; Amos 2:5; Hosea 8:14; Ezek 15:7-8; Jer 13:9-27; 26:1-9; Ezek 24; Amos 2:5; 6:8; Ezek 5:8-17; Zeph 1:4, 12; Jer 25:8-11.

We know that repentance did not come; God's backslid people hated and mocked the prophets...so God brought upon His own people the king of Babylon and ruined the people and their city, including the house of God (Jer 52:12-14; 2 Chron 36:14-19).



What About AMERICA?

DON’T THINK for one moment that this MAGNIFICENT HYPOCRITE will not be severely punished. The Spirit of God has told us many times that this nation will reap what it has sown—and it has sown A LOT OF HELL!!

Just as Jeremiah 44:6 reads “My FURY and mine ANGER was poured forth, and was kindled in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem; and they are WASTED and DESOLATE,” so shall certain cities of America receive the same treatment.

Don’t be fooled by all this silly talk that America is a “Christian” nation: it never was!, though it did have many Christians and Christian principles. BUT, America IS a Democratic Republic—“We the people...”—NOT “I THE LORD GOD...” And even this is under siege from the Socialist/Communist elite.



Spreading Democracy, Killing Christianity

THIS IS the order of the day. This “Democracy and respect for human rights [see website of U.S. State Department which affirms the promoting of Democracy, not Christianity: so how can America be ‘Christian’?] have long been central components of U.S. foreign policy.” Show me, you “For God and Country” patriots, where in God's Word we are to “respect human rights”? This is secular humanism, Socialism. Show me where Christians are to respect ABORTION, HOMOSEXUALITY, ADULTERY, LYING, THEFT, and dozens and dozens of other BIBLICALLY DEFINED SINS (write for our free “Gay Way” series).



The Holy Prophets

ONE AUTHOR and pastor commented, “Turning to the prophets, we are confronted with a vast array of literature, much of it BURNING with INDIGNATION against the people of Israel FOR THEIR MANY SINS. One gets the distinct impression that the other nations are mere arrows in the LORD’S quiver, to be shot at Israel when it serves the LORD’s purpose” (my emph.). This is what I’m up against in putting forth these articles on GOD'S JUDGMENTS: some mock! But are the prophets right or wrong? How can one read all the Scriptures I’ve supplied and not believe what they mean?

No, I’m not gleeful in such things myself as I’ve been accused of, but the Scriptures are there, the Truth is there, history proves them to be so. Hey, we can’t just pick-and-choose what we like and “believe and discard the ugly ones as, well, ‘untrue’!”



The New Testament God / Jesus

WHILE IT is true that such things we’ve studied are less discussed in the N.T., still they are there! I realize the Gospels were written after the O.T. dispensation ended (but still were under it while Jesus was alive). Nevertheless, we DO find such “harsh” and “unloving” things written therein. But as this same mocker writes, “One hardly gets the feeling that we are dealing with the God of Jesus, Jesus, who taught us to love our enemies...”

It was morally right (since God is always RIGHT and MORAL and HOLY) for God to do what He did in the Old Testament era, and Jesus did not and does not change anything. He still put forth warnings that one will reap what they sow: fruitless trees/branches will be CUT DOWN and CAST INTO THE FIRE, the sheep and goats will be SEPARATED, the good and BAD fish will be SEPARATED, etc., etc. Both Jesus and God the Father still judge sin and the sinner.

The truth is, Church leaders have smothered their congregations in the “love Gospel,” hardly ever expounding on the numerous Scriptures that are contrasted with the “love” ones.



Dropped Dead?

THAT’S RIGHT! Ananias and Sapphira DROPPED DEAD because they LIED TO THE HOLY GHOST (Acts 5)—read it, mockers, God's Spirit SMOTE the both of them. That doesn’t sound too much like the N.T. “Love God” to me.

Have we forgotten that the “O.T. God” was also the “loving, compassionate, longsuffering” God who, by the use of His prophets, WARNED, and WARNED the offenders before He punished? Why do these mockers not recall all this? Jesus of the N.T. (who is God also) also WARNS, and WARNS; so do His Apostles and N.T. authors.

There is no difference between the O.T. and N.T. God.

When God's people (O.T.) were obedient, all went well—blessed by God; when disobedient—cursed by God. The God of the O.T. could repent over how He felt about things; we find Jesus the same. The O.T. God spoke of opening of the prison to those who were bound; Jesus was the “key” that opened the prison. Just about everything we find in the shadows/types of the O.T. we find the substance in the New. Tell me, how can God be any different?

What do we make of Zechariah 9:9, 10? Was it not Jesus whom the prophet prophesied about? Yes, it was Him! Although Jesus (mentioned in the O.T.) was the Prince of Peace, and He is still that, He is also a MAN OF WAR. We are told of Jesus in Isaiah 52:13 - 53:3, the very Jesus who literally died for the sinner and bore our griefs and carried our sorrows (Isa 53:4-6), the very Jesus in the N.T. that pronounces WOES upon the religious leaders and upon Jerusalem—the very leaders and city that were KILLED/DESTROYED with the edge of the Roman sword and BURNT WITH FIRE. That wasn’t’ very nice of Jesus, was it?

And that’s not all. Isaiah 53:7-9 speaks of our wonderful Savior who did no violence, yet pronounces DAMNATION upon the very people He came to set free/save! Why don’t our critics cite these passages? And I dare not even get into the book of Revelation where “blood, fire, smoke, pain, death” are all too evident.

It is the height of foolishness to believe that the God/Jesus of the New Testament is different from the Old.

And, to have God the Father sending His Only Begotten Son to die? For sinners? Yes, that’s right. But we are also told that a “loving” God would never MURDER His Son!! God did not murder His Sin, He sent Him to RESCUE you and I, dear sinner.

Let me quote Revelation 18:6 for my dear critics: “Reward her (Babylon) even as she rewarded you, and DOUBLE unto her. DOUBLE according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her DOUBLE.” This is New Testament!



The Problem Is...

NOT WITH God the Father or God the Son (nor the Holy Spirit). The problem is with men: THEY DON’T WANT TO BE PUNISHED FOR THEIR SINS. They have created a god of their own wicked imagination that sets no standards, requires no sufferings, asks for no discipline, and most of all, “LOVES” them IN THEIR SINS!! HA! Hell surely will be their reward. Oh, pardon me, they most assuredly DO NOT BELIEVE IN HELL.

Another mocker writes: “Is there a decent person in the world who approves of torture?...and yet we blandly accept the idea that the Creator of us all...Who went to the Cross for sinners, can inflict excruciating agony on His children, however errant, endlessly...without purpose?” WOW! There are many things WRONG in that anti-Hell statement.

Neither God the Father nor Jesus personally tortures people in Hell; THEIR UNREPENTANT SINS DO THAT! And not everybody is the child of God. The Bible distinguishes between God's children and the devil’s children, just as both “sheep” and “goats” are not both on the right side of God. See for yourself.

This same person (mocker) goes off on the usual BAD exegesis using Luke 16:19-31, dismissing it as untrue and reverse humor. No, that is a true account of Hell, a place of TORMENT (whose doing the torment?).

The problem is, scoffers and mockers are just that—SCOFFERS AND MOCKERS! But God's truth is still TRUE: There is a Heaven for the obedient redeemed, and there is a Hell for the disobedient lost (and apostates).

We can’t dismiss the things we don’t like or believe—they will not be dismissed. God takes no pleasure in the death of sinners, He does not “torture” them; the everlasting, eternal fire does that…which was created for the devil/satan and his demons. If you live like a devil and go to HELL FIRE, you can’t blame God or Jesus, not even me. I’m telling you that

salvation is available to ALL; the price has been paid in FULL by the Son of God.

From Genesis to Revelation, God's Word cries out to the sinner to REPENT and be saved—the solution to the SIN POLLUTION is REVOLUTION: REBEL AGAINST HELL and LIVE!

HAVE YOU BEEN SAVED? JESUS IS REAL!! PRAY LIKE THIS.

Dear Jesus, I come to you with all the sins I've committed and I beg you to forgive me. Rescue me from eternal damnation in Hellfire. I confess that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. Don't let me die in my sins. Please cleanse my body, soul and spirit with your precious blood. I need your help and I ask you to come and live in my heart. I want to serve you, obey your commands and do what is right. I want to live for you everyday and receive everlasting life. Please lead and guide me by your Spirit into righteousness. Help me live a clean and holy life that is pleasing unto God. Thank you Jesus for hearing and answering my prayer. Amen! Read the BIBLE!

Masters of Misdirection:

Wicked Spew HATE!

Prov. 29:2

“WHEN THE RIGHTEOUS are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.”

Of course, this depends on which side you are on: God's or man’s. According to liberal sinners and liberal religionists, when they are in rule, they actually see themselves as “righteous,” while the genuine righteous they see as the wicked. But thank God, GOD KNOWS WHO IS RIGHTEOUS AND WHO IS WICKED—this settles it for me.

Frankly, even those who claim the “Republican” brand are as wicked as the “Democrats,” if we’re speaking in political terms. Politics is a bag of snakes, no matter what name the politicians are called by.



Breaking-Up America!

TODAY (APRIL 22, 2011), God spoke to me and my wife that America will be broken up into smaller nation-states. I pressed Him for the time, but He said, “In My Time.” Why? Because America, also known as (AKA) the United States of America, NO LONGER HONORS HIM NOR WANTS HIS WORD TO RULE THEM; THEREFORE, HE IS GOING TO BREAK-UP THE STATES, AND DISSOLVE AMERICA. This “breaking up” is His JUDGMENT against this UNHOLY nation which LEGALLY MURDERS ITS VERY OWN PRE-BORN CHILDREN and now ADVOCATES HOMOSEXUAL MARRIAGE above God's traditional marriage. These two SINS are the major factors involved.

Since the Godly Biblical traditional marriage/family is now HATED and is being broken-up, God will also break-up this entire nation.



HOMOSEXUALITY

THIS “SIN-SICKNESS,” THIS “PINK-PERVERSION” “signified the TRIUMPH of neo-pagan Epicureanism.” By its very nature, man-man, woman-woman—these cannot fulfill the Godly function of sex: procreation/reproduction is what God ordained. The GLBTQ (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) perverts are Biblically INCORRECT...therefore, homosexuality is a “socially BARREN act”...doomed to extinction (if they do not adopt STRAIGHT children!).



Prov. 29:1

“HE, THAT BEING often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.”

America has been WARNED and WARNED about her falling away from God's ethics/standards/laws...but to no avail. She has, as Proverbs 29:1 says, been “OFTEN reproved,” yet she still hardens her neck (her will); therefore God is perfectly justified in punishing her, even in DESTROYING her.

Proverbs 28:12 says, “When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden.” A man is hidden or, better, men hide themselves in fear. Literally, this means, “are searched for.” Verse 28 tells us, “When the wicked rise, men hide themselves: but when they perish, the righteous increase.” The reference is, of course, dealing with public/government officials.

Proverbs 21:3 states, “To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.” You see, with men in power—civil or religious—God expects justice, which is something that America has LONG, LONG AGO TRASHED (FOR LIBERALISM!). Indeed, justice is a Godly virtue that is “easier to acclaim than to claim.”

Currently you have a liberal president—who won a “peace price”—who preaches a “just and durable peace” at the cost of BOMBING other nations into submission...KILLING (PEACEFULLY?) any and all who get in the way of U.S. bombs and missiles.

While we’ve all been taught (even DEMANDED!) to salute the American flag, by doing this we reaffirmed our loyalty to a nation “indivisible, with liberty and justice for all” (except for the pre-born and other such unwanted creatures!). Now Godly marriage is being replaced with PERVERSION: “I pledge allegiance to the FAG” is now in order. America the great...“home of the HOMO and home of the BASTARD.”



“Politically Correct” (PC)

OH, THIS HUMANISTIC PILE OF BARF! Nowadays, we Christians have a hard time quoting God's Word, for the PC Police are right there to make sure we have NO JUSTICE. Let me quote you Proverbs 18:5 here:

“It is not good to accept the person of the wicked, to overthrow the righteous in judgment.” That is the King James. Here is the RSV: “It is not good to be partial to a wicked man, or to deprive a righteous man of justice.” HELLO OUT THERE! HELLO TO YOU LIBERAL JUDGES!

Two notable things are said in this verse: 1) Don’t accept the wicked (read the Bible for what God calls “WICKED”). 2) Don’t overthrow the righteous. The courts in the land do both of these: they favor the wicked and frown on the righteous.



MISDIRECTION

WHEN YOU AMERICANS have allowed, yea, promoted men and women to MISDIRECT you (in all areas of society), God is ANGERED! These “Masters of Misdirection” have all but TRASHED God's rule, His direction.

God even expects nations that are not Christian to OBEY His Eternal Laws. And don’t push at me the “God is a God of love; therefore HE WILL NOT JUDGE US” LIE! WAIT AND SEE...the Word at the end of this article was spoken while I was writing more of this article (on April 23, 2011, at 4:25 am).



Wicked Who Bear Rule

THESE WAYWARD MASTERS OF MISDIRECTION are in rule, have been for decades now—the Church is no exception to their rule...as they are leading people AWAY, FAR AWAY from what God wants and expects. These masters think they will create a better world WITHOUT God. HA! They will create HELL on earth. And eventually, God will TEAR DOWN what they have built up. Wait and see...

Promoting sins contrary to God's Eternal Laws will bring RUIN to nations, particularly: homosexuality / lesbianism, transgenderism, transvestitism, bestiality, pedophilia, adultery, fornication, incest...and now polygamy is “up to bat.” All these forms of SEXUAL MISBEHAVIOR are not only practiced in the face of God, but are PUSHED by MASTERS OF MISDIRECTION.



“DISCRIMINATION!”

SCREAM IT ALL you want, YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR SINS! If this nation was only guilty of the sex-sins I’ve named, that is enough to bring social disintegration; but many other sins are on the rise as well.

Decadence and decay bring decline and eventually THE FALL OF CIVILIZATIONS. America will be no exception. I warn you now, America will be broken-up because of the tearing down of God's standards.



God's Word

HIS WORD, LET me tell you, is the linchpin that holds societies together for blessings; take it away and we see nations collapse—America WILL COLLAPSE in her season.

The social ROT that has set in in America will eventually eat the foundations away. You may scoff at this, but wait and see...

When nations forget God, they will be turned into HELL (Psa 9:17). This is a PROMISE, my dear readers, from God (write for our 4 FREE booklets on HELL).

When nations champion homosexuality / lesbianism and MURDER of the pre-born, as America does, they slowly but surely ROT away. And to add to this, God will CURSE you perverts with the CURSE of the ROTTING FLESH: BECAUSE YOU’VE BECOME ROTTEN FROM WITHIN, YOU WILL ROT FROM WITHOUT. When a nation puts an end to sexual identity, God will put an end to that nation. The Lord has been patient and longsuffering in times past, but I’m here to tell you that He is NOW going to PUNISH nations.

When nations worship SEX as America does, praising sex, doing perverted sex, promoting sex, pushing it even unto small children, KNOW THAT PUNISHMENT WILL BE PUSHED ON YOU.



Heterosexuality a Problem?

ACCORDING TO SOME out there in “PINK FANTASY-LAND” it is. One professor (female, Ph.D.) stated, “...heterosexuality is a concept riddled with problems. I’d even call it an abomination!” Well, at least this professor doesn’t hide the fact that she stands with the GLBTQ crowd.

Hey, professor, the problem isn’t with heterosexuality, it is with YOU! YOU have a hatred for God's created order (i.e., male-female). God did not make room for male-male, female-female, or any other KINKY weird stuff you misguided folks believe! Give me proof for what you say!

Because of unbridled sexual lust, MISDIRECTED Americans have become OBSESSED with sexual orientation. “I can’t help who I’m attracted to!” said one transgender we encountered a week ago. This male had already had a sex change, yet he/she was very confused about God. Tell me, why do heterosexuals have to fight against lust for the opposite sex, and you queers say it’s God's will for you to give in? Are the Scriptures just for the straights?



True Love

WITH ALL THE “PINKNESS” out there in “La-la land,” otherwise called America, homosexuals don’t realize that we care enough about them to tell them the Truth.

If a medical doctor withholds the truth about one of his/her patients having HIV/AIDS, that diseased person will spread that KILLER disease to partners he/she “loves”; DEATH is the ultimate outcome. The same holds true for us Christians: HOLDING BACK THE TRUTH WILL CAUSE MILLIONS TO BE DAMNED—some will, if told the truth, turn and be saved. Amen.


Fatted for Slaughter

“I WILL SEEK THAT WHICH was lost and bring back that which has strayed, and I will bandage the hurt and the crippled and will strengthen the weak and the sick, but I will destroy the fat and the strong [who have become hardhearted and perverse]; I will feed them with judgment and punishment” (Ezek 34:16, AMP).



EZEKIEL 34 DEALS WITH GOD commanding the Prophet to declare the dreadful judgments of God against the covetous shepherds of Israel, who feed themselves, and not their flocks; the priests and Levites were singled out, who in Ezekiel’s time were very corrupt and the chief cause of Israel’s apostasy and ruin (vv. 1-10).

From this gloomy subject Ezekiel passes to the blessedness of the TRUE Israel of God under the reign of David, the Great Shepherd of the sheep, our Lord Jesus Christ being named after this prince by a figure exceedingly frequent in the sacred oracles, of putting the type for the antitype (vv. 11-31).



World Ready for Slaughter!

GOD IS SHAKING THE WORLD... Nations and persons that have grown FAT on gross sins shall be judged by the Almighty. God is bringing forth His WRATH, FURY, and INDIGNATION and no man will stop His judgments.

Just as the LORD declared His intent on ancient Israel (and His wrath/punishment was severe!), He is NOW declaring His intent on nations/persons who have grown prideful, rebellious and exceedingly sinful.

His shepherds, both secular and religious, are targeted; His true ones will be protected. He will destroy the FAT and the STRONG, those cruel and imperious shepherds who abuse their authority (which is given by God), and tyrannize over the flock.



Silence, Please!

YES, SILENCE!......and so both secular and religious shepherds have “zipped the lip” about God's justice and judgment. America is extra guilty, for she prides herself on “spirituality.”

Instead of warning the flocks about the consequences of sin, the shepherds have developed a positive self-image to “feel good” about ourselves; they have failed to teach about the reality of sin and the need for repentance.

Despite what the “Politically Correct” leftists and goofy right-wingers tell us, we are NOT “beautiful people” while we are in the state of pride and rebellion, FAT in our self-image. “Self-fulfillment,” feeding out of the hog trough of worldliness, denying obedience and submission to God and His Word—choosing rather to eat the pleasant and affirming delicacies out of God's Word. This caricature of God's Word is producing, as I write, a tremendous distortion and softening of godly character.

The “harsh” and “unloving” parts of His Word are trashed. God is NOW going to TRASH you, dear shepherds, churchites, worldlings. The Word of God is not meant to be pleasant or convenient for the flesh; but we’re to DIE to our self-life, putting to death our voracious appetites for sin, self and success (as the world sees it).



Gross Tasting

SINCE TODAY’S “CHRISTIANS” and the world’s people find God's Word gross tasting, repulsive, and repugnant to their sensibilities, authentic Christianity is almost extinct.

With all this said, one can see why this contemporary culture of America justifies its sins.



Americans’ Beasts “FATTENED FOR THE SLAUGHTER!”

IT IS OBVIOUS that Americans have now become obese hearts, literally speaking. “Fat is where it’s at” is today's’ slogan. But Americans aren't just fat naturally, they have grown fat and ugly inwardly…..eating off the golden platter which satan offers.



Sword of the Lord

THE SWORD OF CHASTISEMENT is out of its sheath—blood will flow, great destructions will occur for man has incurred God's Anger! I don’t care if you believe me or not, you’ll see!



Hear My Word!

THE LORD HAS BEEN warning nations for years and years. I know that the Spirit of God began to speak to us about His judgments way back in the 1970’s (see issue 45 of Words of the Spirit). Just about every day now He tells us something—the times of His warnings are over: NOW PUNISHMENT IS IN ORDER.



INFECTED

BOTH THE CHURCH and the World are dangerously infected with the “sin disease”. The backslid Church has indulged in / continued in an adulterous relationship with the spirit of the world. She is, as ancient Israel was, INFECTED with sin. Not only this, but she teaches sin, pampers sin, fornicates/adulterates with sin. Satan and demons now have free access into the Church.



Little Room

LET IT BE SAID HERE and now: THERE IS NO ROOM FOR PLEADING IGNORANCE! Both Church and state have eyes to see and ears to hear. There is NO WAY they can play blind and deaf; the signs of the times are on every hand. The prophetic Word of the Lord has gone forth now for years.

Yet, there is a glimmer of hope...IF people will see, hear, and repent, chastisement can be withheld or lessened. Actually, chastisements are meant to be remedial/corrective.



“IF I...”

2 CHRONICLES 7:13-14 gives us proof that God is in control of judgments. “IF I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or IF I command the locusts to devour the land, or IF I send pestilence among my people; if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land” (vv. 13-14). But if there is no repentance, the glory and mercy of the Lord eventually will leave the temple, and there remains only judgment and captivity (see 2 Chron. 7:19-22).



Collapse of Nations

DIFFICULTIES THROUGHOUT the world will cause many nations to collapse from within; peoples’ minds and hearts will give way to fear and despair. Hopelessness will become the norm…..for God will no longer tolerate the precious and the vile to dwell together.

The only and indispensable strategy for winning this war against evil is “a deep, personal, convinced, ardent love for the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost (Spirit).” Without the above, despair and defeat will be the outcome.

“Life and love are noble and great only to the extent that they are given to others”—and Jesus supplies both love and ETERNAL LIFE.

The Love of God and for God will make one fearless in the face of fear—“If God is for us, who [can be] against us? [Who can be our foe, if God is on our side?]” (Rom. 8:31, AMP).
