KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF!

ECCLESIASTES 3:1-8 SPEAKS OF seasons and times for every purpose (or matter) under the heaven. The writer speaks of history as “a cycle of events and their opposites.” He uses the phrase “vanity of vanities” (1:2), which from man’s point of view, indicates the “fruitlessness, aimlessness, emptiness, and transitoriness of all that happens upon the earth” (2:26d).

If we’re to believe that the preacher/writer penned 3:1-8 under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, then we must conclude that God works by seasons and times.

How does this relate to His WARNINGS/ PUNISHMENTS? We do find in His Word where it says that God gives sinful men and nations a time and season to REPENT before He punishes.

Ezekiel 3 is a good chapter to read: “Nevertheless, if thou WARN the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doeth not sin, he shall surely live, because he IS WARNED; also thou hast delivered thy soul.” This was warning to the righteous, and it continues: “Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the Word at my mouth, and give them WARNING from me...” Then He WARNS the wicked.

We can find dozens and dozens of examples whereby God WARNS—and if it’s not heeded, He judges/punishes. My point is this: The LORD has every right to bring punishment upon individuals or groups or upon whole nations. My second point is this: What right has man—secular or religious—to INTERFERE with God's doings? Is man greater than God? Is man more loving? Is man more merciful? When a time/season for repentance has passed—and God deals with men/nations whether you believe it or not!—then JUDGMENT is pronounced and PUNISHMENT is executed. This is done in order for true repentance to come forth. If men/nations won’t repent under His merciful time/season, some might repent under His punishment time/season. This is the hope, and this is the love of God.



“Warning Every Man”

PAUL NOT ONLY preached the “Good News” (Gospel) out of love, he also did the same (work by love) in “WARNING EVERY MAN” (Col 1:28). In Acts 20:30, Paul tells us that there would be men “speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.” Well, we’ve got plenty of those perverts in the Emergent Church, speaking perverse things that go completely contrary to Scripture...to draw disciples. These DD’s (Devil’s Disciples) are not interested in what God's Word declares, for they make up their own Scriptures (see our “Recreant Philosophers” booklet), all to their damnation. Paul, in verse 31, tells his disciples (who are Christ’s disciples), “Therefore WATCH, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to WARN every one NIGHT AND DAY with tears.”

You see, it is our DUTY to WARN men (as the Spirit directs); it is God's business to punish if men do not take heed to warnings.



Disasters = Big Business

WE ALL KNOW this (or at least we should by now!). When God brings forth His WRATH, FURY, and INDIGNATION against nations, “religious” men (who are DUMB concerning God's mode of operations) run to UNDO what God has done. Oh, they all believe they are doing the “loving” thing, but there is a time to punish, and in that time we’re to KEEP OUR HANDS OFF!! It is up to God, not man, when we are to “help.” Out of season we only hinder what God wants to accomplish.

“...a time to kill, and a time to heal...” so says Ecclesiastes 3:3. If God wants to tear down and break up a nation (because of their SIN!), ALLOW HIM TO DO IT...for there might be a time to rebuild/build up what He tore down—IN HIS TIMING/SEASON. It is God who brings nations down and raises nations up—let Him do His work without our interference.



The Impenitent

LET US RECALL to mind some Scriptures where the LORD TURNS AGAINST THE IMPENITENT. (1) Resisting much reproof brings sudden destruction — Prov 29:1. “He, that being OFTEN REPROVED hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be DESTROYED, and that without remedy.” The key is “often reproved”: that means God has warned and reproved but to no avail—except destruction! God is fair.

(2) God's wrath rises against such as despise His Words — 2 Chron 36:15-16. “And the LORD God of their fathers sent to them by His messengers, rising up betimes, and sending; because He had compassion on His people, and on His dwelling place; but they mocked the messengers of God, and despised His Words, and misused His prophets, until THE WRATH OF THE LORD AROSE AGAINST HIS (COVENANT) PEOPLE TILL THERE WAS NO REMEDY.”

Again we find God WARNING His wayward people until there was no remedy but PUNISHMENT. This principle of warning and punishment also applies to pagan nations. (Read verses 17-20 where God once again had mercy upon His rebellious people. Obviously they had repented enough to soften the heart of the LORD God.)

(3) Those belie the LORD who say that evil shall not visit the ungodly — Jer 5:11-12. “For the house of Israel and the house of Judah have dealt very treacherously against Me, saith the LORD. They have belied the Lord, and said, It is not He; neither shall evil come upon us; neither shall we see sword nor famine.”

This spirit prevails in most churches today here in America. One minister even called us a BIGOT for saying that God brought destruction upon Japan. WAIT AND SEE WHAT HE DOES TO AMERICA!!

(4) Some refuse to hear, and make their hearts as adamant (stone) — Zech 7:11-13. “But they refused to hearken, and pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear. Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts. Therefore it is come to pass, that as he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, saith the LORD of hosts...”

HELLO AMERICA!

(5) GOD SAYS, “I have called, and ye refused” — Prov 1:24-25. “Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; but ye have set at naught all my counsel, and would none of my reproof.” Isn’t He therefore justified in bringing forth His punishments? Stop thinking in terms of humanism and/or “political correctness”—these two WILL END YOU UP IN HELL!

(6) The LORD says to such as have continually refused Him: “I also will laugh at your calamity” — Prov 1:26-27. I have already written on these verses, but I can hear our “liberal,” “backslid,” “HELL-BOUND” church critics scream over this one! BUT NO APOLOGIES!! “I also will LAUGH AT YOUR CALAMITY; I will MOCK WHEN YOU FEAR COMETH; WHEN YOUR FEAR COMETH AS A WHIRLWIND; WHEN DISTRESS AND ANGUISH COMETH UPON YOU.”

(7) —...And their prayers then will bring no answer — Prov 1:28-30. “Then shall they call upon me, BUT I WILL NOT ANSWER; they shall seek me early, but THEY SHALL NOT FIND ME: for that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD: they would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.”

We have known persons like this. One such fellow,—a one-time ACMTC officer who backslid and became our enemy—upon approaching death (several years ago), called us for prayer. He confessed that he could not get through to God no matter how long he prayed, how hard he prayed. God told us that he would GO TO HELL, for He (God) had plead with him for years...but to no avail. Shortly after that pitiful phone call, the hospital pulled the plug of the life-giving machine. Sad but true!

(8) —...And God leaves them to destruction in THEIR OWN WAY! — Prov 1:31-32. “Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of THEIR OWN WAY, and be filled with THEIR OWN DEVICES. For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.” How many are in HELL RIGHT NOW because of THEIR WAY?

(9) But those who hear God SHALL DWELL SAFELY! — Prov 1:33. “But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.” Where are you living, reader?



“Dignified Dummies” (DD’s)

HOW MANY DD’s occupy important Ecclesiastical positions that don’t know the first thing about how the Spirit of God operates? ...DON’T COUNT!

How many degreed ministers of God (?) are “hailed” as “Bible scholars,” “Bible experts” and “dynamic teachers and preachers” who wouldn’t know the Holy Spirit if He personally appeared to them?

You see them on TV (with their beautiful setting and background)...there they are... BIG TITLES before their names...BIG DEGREES following up afterward...looking oh, so dignified, important, even “spiritual.” Indeed, millions of their viewers judge them entirely by their appearance (the women ministers are beautifully decked out, painted up, lots of expensive jewelry, I mean, “a real dish to behold!”). Many, too many of these “dignified darlings” are looked upon as “divine” till they are exposed in their kinky sex-affairs, many frauds, etc. One minister, not of this type, said, “We have known ministers to look so dignified until good people were mortified, no one seemed to be edified, God was not glorified and friends become horrified!” But there they are, hands outstretched (FOR YOUR $$!), faces uplifted, music low, lights dim...very unrealistic, to say the least.

Now we have these same DD’s begging for $$ for relief to nations struck by disasters (which God sent, of course, but they’re too “DUMB” to know that!)—“Please help!” goes the pitch; “Give! Give! Give!”...and we all know that 90-PLUS PERCENT of what is given really goes into THEIR pockets for THEIR expenses and pleasures: $$ for jet fuel for THEIR personal jets; $$ paid to all THEIR staff workers (many of which are unnecessary and overpaid); $$ paid out for all THEIR personal/extravagant traveling, TV time, special “disaster clothing” that is currently in style...$$ for this, $$ for that. We’ve seen this time and time again. God told us years ago that DISASTERS are a BIG business for both “Christians” and non-Christians. Its all run by “bleeding hearts” who really COULDN’T CARE LESS for the poor, the punished, the perishing. Folks, it is all ONE BIG DIGNIFIED SHOW!



Perplexing Problems

ONE CERTAINLY NEEDS the guidance of the Holy Ghost to deal with all the perplexing problems inside the (so-called) Church and outside of it.

“We do not yet see everything in subjection to Him. But we see Jesus...” (Heb 2:8, RSV). We live in a fallen world dominated by satan and demons (yet God oversees it all). We must labor, FIGHT, PREVAIL! Our War Captain has already been crowned with Glory and Honor (Heb 2:9), meaning that all the evil powers are doomed to defeat in the end—but until “all things” are put under His rule/authority, we must work and FIGHT IN THE SPIRIT in a hostile environment. And because of this environment, God MUST bring forth His judgments and punishments when needed. Sadly, some of the problems have come from His very own people: their pride and rebellion equals (or SURPASSES!) that of the world; thus we are faced with very perplexing problems.



Times and Seasons

THERE ARE TIMES and seasons in which periods of great intellectual and moral change bring in great rebellion and disdain against God's rule; we live in such a time whereby we can discern a dominant TREND, a prevailing WIND!...it is INCOHERENT in nature and CHAOTIC in spirit, standing against God’s standards. The people of the world are being grouped into opposing warring camps. Even in the “Church,” the “battle lines” have been drawn—“politically correct” vs. the “Biblically Correct.”



JUDGMENTS

ISAIAH PENNED: “WHEN thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness” (Isa 26:9). So why despise His judgments? They are, as Isaiah says, to “learn righteousness,” and we must agree that this present world NEEDS this! But I’m afraid that this “blessing” has not yet fully come to us. Intoxicated as most Americans are, they do not (yet!) comprehend the tremendous impact God’s judgments will have, spiritually and socially...with the “Church” not being excluded from them.



Material and Superficial

THIS PRETTY MUCH sums up today’s world. Materialism and superficiality will end any nation in ruin.

We, as born again Christians, live between two worlds: one built upon the recognition, worship, and service of the God of Hosts (Armies); the other, the opposing world, built upon the insistence that our God is a “myth” and that immortality is a “hoax,” or that God is a “bully God” who DEMANDS His subjects to love Him out of “fear.”

The fallen world is the world we presently live in, where Christian morality has been EXPELLED from government (and in America is presently in the process of being EXPELLED from many CHURCHES!). We are currently seeing Socialism set up its banners in many, many places where the Christian banner once flew. And the purpose of this Socialism is to drive Christ and His true ones off the field of battle...and YOUR president is working STEALTHILY to BRING THIS ABOUT...along with many liberal churches.



Nations Being Tossed

MANY NATIONS OF the world are right now being tossed to and fro—VIOLENTLY I might add! GOD IS BRINGING FORTH HIS JUDGMENTS/PUNISHMENTS, and NO MAN or GOVERNMENT is going to PREVENT them. DON’T EVEN TRY!!

It is at this time that we who are ambassadors of Christ need to stand with God and declare His Truth whether man or nations want to hear or no. Sadly, the humanistic Church is robbing men and nations of the chance to REPENT and be truly SAVED.

No ebb or flow of the tides of history can ever cancel or modify the Commission, yea, the COMMAND given to us by our Lord Jesus. Biblical Truth is needed NOW, not churchianity. It is God's unadulterated Truth that will challenge men, give warning, give hope in this time of paralyzing fears and demoralizing futility. His Truth is the sole claimant in reference to “a moral substitute for war.” It is the only “accredited messenger of Good News” to a bewildered and battered world, and the “lone champion of real love and good will in a world of hate and war.”

Consider: Any lowering of God's standards, or lessening of His Power, or cheapening of God's motives is a “betrayal of the human race and yielding of the only fortress that flies the powerful Blood-stained banner of Christ Jesus.”



Dress-Parade Church

A FORMAL, FAINT-HEARTED, pampered, self-indulgent, self-loving, dress-parade churchianity will not suffice for the Church in a time like this (nor any other time, really!). We MUST, as good soldiers of Jesus Christ (2 Tim 2:3), press into His COMMAND—“Take Jesus To All The World!” The evil forces turned loose in the world do not discredit Christianity, as they say: they demand it!



Under God's Judgment

JAPAN. “WHEN GENERAL Douglas MacArthur stood on the deck of the battleship Missouri, in Tokyo Bay, to receive the formal surrender of Emperor Hirohito’s army and navy, he declared: ‘It is my earnest hope, and indeed the hope of all mankind, that from this solemn occasion a better world shall emerge.’ By his foresight and wise handling of the innumerable problems affecting every phase of the nation’s life, he transformed Japan from a beaten, floundering country into a peaceful nation. The military dictatorship which ruled Japan so ruthlessly was uprooted, and in its place there was planted in the Japanese mentality the will and energy for its own rehabilitation.”

Sadly the Japanese never gave up their idolatry: it went from Emperor worship to MONEY WORSHIP.

“General MacArthur, recognizing that a great vacuum had been created in the life of the people, urgently called for more missionaries to strengthen the Church in Japan. Christian schools [became] over-crowded, fine congregations [began attending] the Churches, and given the resources in personnel and funds with which to wage a great spiritual offensive, the Church [was given] the opportunity to win Japan for Christianity.”

But Japan never gave way to Biblical Christianity, so now God is bringing upon her all this...to free the people from their dependence on $$ to depend upon Him. Most Christians don’t even see this; they are angry with us for even suggesting such a thing, but Japan will receive more JUDGMENTS in order to free those who are crying out to be delivered. PRAY THAT SHE REPENTS!

WE LOVE THE JAPANESE PEOPLE, and that is why we tell them the truth. We desire to see them all saved and come to a knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. We wish for none of them to go to Hell forever.



Opportunity and Opposition

BOTH ARE CHALLENGES—take the opportunity to testify about God's judgments; push through the oppositions that want to prevent this—THIS IS WAR! Times like these, dear Christians, are unprecedented opportunities to STAND UP FOR JESUS. Get involved in a more AGGRESSIVE evangelism—we’ve been doing it for 40-plus years. Yes, we’ve earned several purple hearts in this great WAR FOR SOULS.

There are many ugly realities on every hand that beckon one to run, but grim realities are just that—grim realities. As we have personally traveled this world in God’s service, we’ve seen enough to discourage the best, but we refused to join those at rest, refusing to concede to COMPROMISES which tone-down the soul-winning Gospel in order to “make things easier for us.” Thank God!



MOVE OUT!!

WE MUST MOVE with DETERMINED, MEASURED, and STEADFAST ADVANCEMENTS into the enemies territories. Cease firing? Never. Retire? NO...RE-FIRE! We cannot lose our “Gospel fire” nor lose the “spirit of urgency”!!

Let me end this article with Isaiah 26:9 — “...for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.”

Americans moan and groan, desiring for the “good ol’ days” to return. Let me tell you something: it was during the “good ol’ days” that Americans backslid on God! It was during those days of abundance and prosperity that God's professing people looked to the world, lusted after the world, ran after the world—it was then that the world SUCKED the spiritual life out of the Church!

Men seldom seek the Lord when they’re living in prosperity; they are apt to rest and trust in the arm of flesh. But God, in MERCY, engenders men to seek Him through adversity. It is in adversity that we see a general cry after Him as Lord.

America has put her trust in her government, giving mere lip service, at best, to God. Sorry, this will not do! We’ve got to get back to HEART SERVICE, folks. If we don’t, America WILL suffer horrible things, things that she has not seen before.

It is God's love that He brings His punishments: without them, men and nations perish—no salvation, only DAMNATION!

So, when we see God judging men or nations, KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF and let God be God...lest you incur His Wrath, fury, and indignation.

INFLUENCED BY THE WORLD

“God judges?” “God punishes?” These snide remarks by the world have and are influencing the so-called people of God...in a BAD WAY!

One French philosopher declared, “I cannot believe in a God who allows innocent children to suffer.” Others remark, “I cannot believe in a God who can’t stop wars”—or something like this.

Many in the world are strongly committed to their own opinions—each to his or her own personal experiences of justice and injustice; and to accept a God, the God of the Bible, well, that does not conform to their experiences and “SACRED” IDEAS about justice and injustice!

Their criticisms of God, His Word and His people (who do believe in His judgments/ punishments) have affected many who are not altogether solid in their Christian beliefs—so much so that multitudes are bordering on cliffs of vertiginous (whirling and unsteady) confusion and bewilderment. But there should be no confusion here if one realizes that God CAN and DOES “bless” and “curse.” The sacred Scriptures make this point known very well.



Crisis of Truth

WITH ALL THIS “political correctness” BULL that has been spewed (VOMITED!) out over the whole world, believers have been “stunk-up” by such vomitous gall of the world.

We here have no problem with God's judgments—NONE! His Word tells us that MEN REAP WHAT THEY HAVE SOWN: if men have sown violence, death, and/or pain to others, etc., then eventually they reap it. The same goes for whole nations. The truth of God's Word has been maliciously put on trial by unbelieving and evil men; it has been judged in that same spirit; and now these evil men go about trying to execute punishment upon God Himself thru blasphemy, mockings, scoffings, hatred for His Truth, His Standards, His Laws, etc....and His people (like us) are hated for telling what the Bible tells us—that GOD JUDGES and PUNISHES!



PRIDEFUL—REBELLIOUS!

—NOW YOU CAN see why God IS bringing forth His judgments upon the sons of men, upon nations that have forgotten God (or refused to know Him).



Sheer FOOLISHNESS!

LET IT BE said here and now—NO ONE will stop what the Lord God has decreed. It is folly and arrogance to judge God in the light of human experience, norms and convictions. We are to judge righteous judgments ACCORDING TO HIS WORD.



“I Form the Light; I CREATE DARKNESS”—
Isaiah 45:7

THIS IS HOW Isaiah 45:7 starts out. Then the LORD states, “I make peace, and CREATE EVIL: I the LORD do all these things.”

“When ‘Light’ has the ascendant, then ‘good’ and ‘happiness’ prevail; when ‘darkness’ has the superiority, then ‘evil’ and ‘misery’ abound.” Evil and misery (Hebrew, ra) does not mean God is the author of SIN, but it does mean He sends/uses evil and misery, etc., AS PUNISHMENTS.



When Punishment Is Necessary

THE WHOLE BIBLE is replete with examples of warnings—more warnings than punishments. God “creates EVIL (ra = “misery, adversity, affliction, distress, grief, harm, hurt, sorrow, trouble, vexation, wretchedness”—a complete definition of “evil”/ra).” War, natural disasters, etc. are “miseries, afflictions, hurts (resulting in death)” that God allows, even designs/ promotes when necessary. Unfortunately, many people—too many—even most people in the “Church” and especially in the world do not understand the nature of God—“God is love,” they say. Yes, He is, but His “love” requires action when needed, even NEGATIVE action (FOR PUNISHMENT OF SIN).



Trust Me...

GOD DOES NOT respect our “deeply felt values” if they oppose His. Neither does He validate certain “profoundly experienced” intuitions.

This is modern man’s problem. A crucial part of the “crisis of truth” is the FAILURE of Christians to submit those convictions, values, experiences etc. to God—letting His Holy Word JUDGE them.



Back in the 1970’s

AS STATED IN Words of the Spirit Issue 45, when God's Spirit began to speak to us about His judgments, we were confused, even frightened because we weren’t fully awake spiritually.

“Yet to us God has unveiled and revealed them by and through His Spirit, for the [Holy] Spirit searches diligently, exploring and examining everything, even sounding the profound and bottomless things of God [the divine counsels and things hidden and beyond man's scrutiny]. For what person perceives (knows and understands) what passes through a man's thoughts except the man's own spirit within him? Just so NO ONE DISCERNS (COMES TO KNOW AND COMPREHEND) THE THOUGHTS OF GOD EXCEPT THE SPIRIT OF GOD.

Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God. AND WE ARE SETTING THESE TRUTHS FORTH IN WORDS NOT TAUGHT BY HUMAN WISDOM BUT TAUGHT BY THE [HOLY] SPIRIT, COMBINING AND INTERPRETING SPIRITUAL TRUTHS WITH SPIRITUAL LANGUAGE [to those who possess the Holy Spirit]. But the natural, nonspiritual man does not accept or welcome or admit into his heart the gifts and teachings and revelations of the Spirit of God, for they are folly (meaningless nonsense) to him; and he is incapable of knowing them [of progressively recognizing, understanding, and becoming better acquainted with them] because they are spiritually discerned and estimated and appreciated. But the spiritual man tries all things [he examines, investigates, inquires into, questions, and discerns all things], yet is himself to be put on trial and judged by no one [he can read the meaning of everything, but no one can properly discern or appraise or get an insight into him]. For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart” (1 Cor 2:10-16, AMP).

Paul pretty well sums it all up here.

Indeed, the suffering, death, destruction, etc., brought forth by the judgments of God, cannot be reconciled with the ideas/understanding of natural men.

God's Word sheds light on His character, sin, satan, rewards and punishments, justice and injustice, rights and wrongs. All we have to do is believe in the TRUTH.

We can’t interpret Scripture in light of men’s understandings. This is the folly of today’s world/Church: they interpret God's Word to conform to their way of seeing and thinking. To claim you are a “Christian” and at the same time hate God’s Judgment Word is oxymoronic. To hate messengers (who proclaim His judgments) is flagitious/atrocious.

We can’t keep throwing up “God loves you” in God's face, reminding Him that He has “no right to ‘judge’; only ‘love’!”



THANK GOD!

THANK GOD!—HE doesn’t have to listen to men’s complaints about all His injustices.

It really is foolish to demythologize and reinterpret much of the Word of God to fit the anti-supernaturalist biases, “to pull His JUDGMENT THRONE out from underneath Him so as to satisfy an [unbeliever’s] ideological [humanistic] theology or so-called ‘science.’”



Outmoded?

GOD'S WORD WILL NEVER be outmoded; His principles are good for every generation. True, some of the early Biblical metaphors/analogies can be “updated,” per se, but the principles behind them remain. Even some Biblical terms/words/idioms may be “archaic” to our modern ears, but the principles behind them still have meaning and remain in full force.



“Homophobic”!

OH, YES, THAT word: we are not homophobic (“fear of the queer”!) if we point out to those lost in that sinful lifestyle that they are going to HELL if they don’t repent. NO! Sure, God's condemnation of homosexuality/lesbianism (in both in the O.T. and N.T.) is “distasteful” and “hateful” to the skewed Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer crowd. They have a shrewd way of twisting God's Word (with a “PINK twist”) to fit their Biblically CONDEMNED way of life. We’re yet to see what God will do to these people!



STOP!!

IT IS TIME to “stop inappropriately speculating on events that are transpiring.” Why has the so-called “Church” abandoned efforts to directly preach the JUDGMENTS OF GOD…seeing that they are in His Word? Why has the “Church” left off warning men and women about the consequences (rewards) of their sins? I guess I find my answers in 2 Timothy 4:3.



Stupid!

IT IS REALLY stupid for the Christian Church to submit/subject everything to critical analysis by the world’s standards....real STUPID! The world is UNSUITED for the job—their perception of spiritual realities and values is humanistic.

I’ll end with this: God is going to judge whomever and whatever He deems need it—WITHOUT the “Church’s” or the world’s consent or permission.

AND WE STAND WITH HIM IN IT!

How God's Spirit Operates

April, 2011

MOST DO NOT UNDERSTAND how God’s Spirit works. You see, God does not operate in the realm of “time”, that is, by our time. He can speak certain things, e.g., His judgment Word, but it may be years, even centuries before that particular Word comes to pass. But at other times things can come to pass quickly, even within a few years, even months or even weeks. We have witnessed this in our own short 40 plus years of Christian service.

And I might add, some times He may speak a judgment against someone or someones, nations, even against places and things, yet He can (and has) withdrew that intended punishment because of circumstances (like how He withdrew His intended punishment against Nineveh during the days of Jonah the prophet; Nineveh was a WICKED city, yet because of Jonah’s preaching, she repented and God changed His mind about her destruction. There are plenty of examples like this. In fact this is the whole reason for punishment is for repentance).

JAPAN

When God had us prophecy against her 16 years ago (in March, 1995) we have just witnessed this Word come to pass, (we have many similar prophecies in our other various Words of the Spirit newspapers and booklets).

A CASE-IN-POINT

April 30, 1999- Plague of Rotting Flesh. (found in Plagues of God Unleashed book #1: “….I say so it is that I am unleashing even this very day, the PLAGUE of the ROTTING FLESH….” (You can read this entire Word HERE). Although we do not see this completely manifested (yet), the very day He spoke it, that plague was set in motion. Case-in-point: Genesis 2:17, “….thou shalt not eat of it (forbidden fruit): for in THE DAY that thou eatest thereof thou SHALT SURELY DIE.” Adam did not die the very day they ate, but literally died some hundred years later, but DEATH set in the very day they ate of the forbidden fruit. So it is with the way God works even today. Keep all this in mind upon reading what we have published.

Let There Be LIGHT!

Genesis 1:3

IT HAS BEEN ASKED, “Should living in the Light be our highest spiritual goal?” Well, be careful, for there are perhaps as many ways to be LOST in the “light” as in the dark.

“Light” is portrayed in most religions of the world as “the birthing force of the world”—like we find in Genesis 1:3. There are many myths about the source of light, but we Christians know for sure that God the Father is not only the source of light, but is Light Himself (1 Jn 1:5). Not only this, but Jesus Christ the Lord is also Light: “There it was; the true Light [was then] coming into the world—the genuine, perfect, steadfast Light—that illumines every person” (Jn 1:9; see also Isa 49:6).



Toward the “Light”

IN OUR DAILY LIFE, as in the immensity of the created cosmos, each seed that grows toward the light begins in the dark.

Myths and traditions abound around who and what is “Light.” Both religious and secular philosophers speak of “the light of consciousness” along with “the psychological shadow as the repository of human evil.” They explain that the light and shadow of consciousness are not good and bad in themselves; they are simply aspects of the visible and invisible.

Light = tremendous potential for GOOD. Darkness= tremendous potential for EVIL!

We find the above piece of wisdom in many indigenous myths/traditions. I’m not going to get into all this with you, but let it be said that the God of the Bible is represented by both blessings and cursings.



Since This Is True...

ATTRIBUTING NATURAL DISASTERS, DISEASES, wars, etc. to God (He allows them and promotes them!) puts the messengers and the message on a collision course with today’s PC (“politically correct”) culture which is driven by the darling philosophy of humanism.

The idea that a “loving” God would DARE to correct and PUNISH definitely sets the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of man on a collision course—the God of “Light” vs. the god of “darkness.” Therefore, God’s judgments are simply dismissed as “irrelevant” because “Scripture itself is on a collision course with contemporary society.” Today's PC culture “forbids” such barbarous things to be attributed to a “loving” God, like that which just happened to Japan, AND WHAT SHALL HAPPEN TO AMERICA, not counting all the judgments over, say, the past 20 years that have taken place in America and around the world (—God’s judgments go all the way back...centuries and centuries and centuries back...).



The Scriptures

DO WE APPROACH GOD'S written Word with the intention of trying to get it to support certain current “politically correct” or “religiously correct” trends/ideas such as “God don’t judge anymore!”? Or do we let His LIGHT illuminate our darkened minds, letting Scripture be our guide?

If contemporary trends and authentically interpreted Scripture conflict,

which side will you choose?

I know many ministers/ministries who do not believe in healings, casting out devils, or prophecy; some even doubt that there is a satan; some say that Christ’s Blood isn’t strong enough to forgive sins; and many certainly refute the “HATEFUL” idea that GOD PUNISHES! But all their false ideas are “mere facile rejections of Scripture.” And their unfounded rejection of plain Scripture is increasingly hostile, arrogant….as they try to “correct” the verses they don’t like! Isn’t that nice of them?

Their key idea is that God's Sacred Scriptures are NOT inspired (cf. 2 Tim 3:16-17; Jn 20:31; 2 Peter 1:19-21; 3:15-16). Yet if we do not believe in His inspired Word, what CAN we believe in? MEN? HA! The men (authors) whom God employed to write, made use of their “powers” and abilities, being “moved by the Holy Ghost,” so that with Him acting in and thru them, they, as “overshadowed” writers, consigned to writing everything and ONLY those things which He wanted—and there is ample evidence in what they wrote that the God of Light, Love, and Life warns, corrects, punishes!

Since when has God changed His mind about setting things aright? When did He change His mind to look away while men sin?



Over-Extension

BOTH CHURCH AND STATE (in America) use this undermining element to weaken the masses. PC pundits coupled with liberal theologians overextend their “critical approach” to Holy Scriptures in a way to undermine the CERTAINTY and CLARITY of the LORD’S/Lord’s Word as it is authentically interpreted by honest scholars and anointed men and women of God.



FEAR!

BEHIND THE WIDESPREAD HESITANCY to make UNEQUIVOCAL AFFIRMATIONS of Biblical/Christian Truth, lies an actual HOSTILITY to the idea that Biblical Truth CAN BE KNOWN CERTAINLY and taught/preached AUTHORITATIVELY. It’s FEAR—not reverential fear of the LORD/Lord, but fear that one has to give up his/her liberal sinful ways and adhere to God's Holy Ways. This FEAR produces hostility towards God's message—to live wholly Holy—and His messengers. Am I not right?

One scholar put it this way: “If there is any orthodoxy today, it is liberal secularism....As a result, many people try to hold on to the forms of religion while avoiding a real show-down with unbelief...”

Both religious and political “preference” MUST ALWAYS be subordinate to Biblical Truth. I believe this!



Addicted!

YES, THAT’S RIGHT. THE phony Christians are literally addicted to an atmosphere of religious/political ambiguity...not receiving God's Word as God's Word the way it is meant to be received.

The PC thing, the religious-liberal “thing to do” these days IS TO REDUCE BIBLICAL TRUTH TO THE LEVEL OF PERSONAL OPINION: “Oh, I don’t think God would judge nations, allowing people to die so shamefully (like we see in Japan, Haiti, etc.).” This kind of thinking drains God's Holy Word of purpose.

The JUDGMENTS OF GOD are expressed in many and various ways. He makes preliminary and partial judgments whenever and however He pleases. And I must add: WITHOUT our consent!...with the consequences being, in the BIG picture, eternal REWARD/BLESSING, or eternal PUNISHMENT/CURSING. (Write for our FREE Judgment and Hell booklets!).



History Proves—

GOD JUDGES PERSONS, GROUPS, and nations, both pagan and “Christian.” These judgments are the inevitable, natural unfolding of the “fruits” of UNRIGHTEOUSNESS and REBELLION. Romans 1:20-25 is a good place to go to prove my/His point.



IT IS TIME!!

GOD HAS TOLD US that NOW is the time for the world and backslid “Church” TO EXPERIENCE HIS WRATH, FURY, AND INDIGNATION...inevitable consequences of COUNTLESS ACTS OF REBELLION AGAINST THE LORD OF HOSTS AND THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.

The time of constant warnings is over; the time for wrath is upon us. The deafness to God's warnings and blindness to the “signs of the times” will end in disaster for many!!



“I Don’t Believe This!”

YOU WILL, UNBELIEVER, BELIEVE sooner or later that God is fed up with the pride and rebellion of men!

The Old Testament records, which are many!, show that the Almighty GOD JUDGED the unfaithful Jews’ syncretistic and wicked accommodation to SINFUL and prevailing (PAGAN) cultures of the day. Read it for yourselves (Ezek 5:5-9).

There is no doubt in my mind that the so-called “Church” of today is just as guilty of similar accommodations. Only a denier of facts cannot see that the prevailing secular/sinful culture of our day HAS BECOME THE DOMINANT FACTOR IN THE BACKSLIDING AND RETREAT OF GOD'S PEOPLE, especially in Britain and the USA. The accepted assimilation of “Christians” into mainstream America is a FACT that cannot be refuted. The HOT PURSUIT of material success (i.e., “stuff and things”), the acceptance of homosexuality/lesbianism/ transvestitism/transgenderism, even abortion...the playing NASTY with the New Age Movement and secular humanism ALL SPELL DISASTER.



Sex and Prosperity Perverts—

THEY ARE EVERYWHERE, AND on the rise. We have a plague of sexual permissiveness, lax spirituality and political activism (election of phony Christians and/or secular ones). We’re not taught to do such things in God’s Word.

But men think they are in the “light” when they do such things—this is the FALSE LIGHT spoken of by Paul in 2 Corinthians 11:13-15; Jesus warns about “wolves in sheep’s clothing” (Matt 7). Many did “good” things in Jesus’ day but were rejected by both Jesus and God the Father for being PHONIES!



God's Word

IT IS THE LIGHT that we’re to follow, not some lesser “lights.” TO HELL with “reflective theology” (that promotes a humanistic way); TO HELL with “dialogue.” God's Word is THE CALL to ALL for obedience and a changed life. Only by and thru the authoritative teaching/preaching of His Word are we acceptable. Jesus taught with authority, not like the backslid and blinded scribes of His day (see Mk 1:22). “If the trumpet gives and uncertain sound, who will come for battle?” says Paul in 1 Corinthians 14:8.

“Muddled messages” and “misquoted messengers” are a burdensome plague to the whole Body of Christ. The “trumpet sounds” of today’s teachers/preachers are SHEER CONFUSION; men retreat rather than charge because of the uncertain trumpet sound!



HOSTILITY!

HOSTILITY TOWARD CERTAINTY, CLARITY, and authority, shows itself BIG TIME in both the (liberal, recreant) Church and State. Perverters of Truth sleep not, for they are ever busy finding or discovering ways to prove God and His Word “incorrect.”

“Perpetual uncertainty is an intellectual posture quite congenial to contemporary, secular culture. All Truth is suspect,” writes one author who sees the need for reform.



Searching?

IT IS TRULY AMAZING how the “Christian” homosexuals (GLBTQ) “search for truth,” WHEN GOD'S WORD DECLARES THE TRUTH ABOUT THEIR SINS! More and more books are being written by male homos and lesbians to “prove” God's Word is “vague” on their “sex issue” (write for our MANY FREE booklets on this vital subject). They even throw in “scientific” statements to supposedly “prove” God is “wrong” (and many times they FLAT OUT LIE!!! about their so-called “scientific” findings, misquoting and misrepresenting information; besides, “scientific” statements/findings are not like God’s eternal moral Laws—immutable—but are ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CORRECTION BY FURTHER SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS!). So, within their “PINK” camp, the spirit of uncertainty and tentativeness and AMBIGUITY are VERY BIG common characteristics.

Since CLARITY and AUTHORITY (God's) are the sure foundation of the TRUE Church of Jesus Christ, liberals cannot develop a right relationship with the Lord Jesus and His genuine Body of Christ; hence, we have Light vs. darkness.



Trust Me...

I’M NOT UNSURE OF God's Word, my own identity with Christ Jesus, my mission in life, its destination (Taking Jesus to ALL the World!) or it’s route—the straight and narrow. The “broad way” is for fools!

WE ARE CALLED TO be the “Children of Light”; therefore we are to bear testimony to the Divine Light; if we don’t, the world will continue to grope in gross darkness.
